Before comparing totals

Before comparing two reports, check the business locations, dates, filters, and what each row represents. A sales item, an invoice, and a payment are different records.

Open detail reports separately and apply the relevant dates and filters. Clicking a Sales summary or Payment summary row does not open the detail report.
