🌱 MoeGo Ads is launching soon. If you're interested in being one of the first to try it, contact your account manager or MoeGo support to get on the early access list.
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open MoeGo Ads. It pulls together key information from across your Ads account — your campaigns, AI search status, and Google Business Profile health — so you can check on everything in one glance.
You don't need to take action here most of the time. Overview is for monitoring, not managing. When something needs attention, it'll point you to the right place.
Advertising
If you have multiple campaigns, use the dropdown to switch between them — or click All campaigns to see the full list.
For each campaign, you'll see:
Status — Draft, Learning, Active, or Paused
RoAS (Estimated) — your estimated return on ad spend
Revenue (Estimated) — estimated revenue driven by your ads
Total Ad Spend — how much you've spent on this campaign
Click Campaign details to dive deeper into any campaign's performance. For more on managing campaigns, see Manage your ad campaigns.
AI Search
AI Search summary showing your visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
If you've just set up AI Search, it can take up to 24 hours to see your data." This is normal — data takes time to populate.
Click View detail to open the full AI Search dashboard. For more, see Track your AI search visibility.
Business Profiles
The Business Profiles section shows your connected Google Business Profile along with two key health metrics:
Your Profile Score — a score out of 10 reflecting how complete and optimized your profile is. Click Improve score for specific recommendations.
Ratings and Reviews — your current star rating and total review count. Click Manage reviews to jump to Review Manager.
Click Profile details to open Profile Manager, or click All profiles if you have multiple connected profiles.
Boost your Google Business Profile
Below Business Profiles, you'll see a Boost your Google Business Profile card. Click Analyze My Profile to get a comprehensive analysis of your Google presence with recommendations for improving your visibility.
This is especially worth doing in your first month — a strong Google Business Profile makes your ad campaigns more effective and improves how AI tools recommend your business.
Multi-Location Analytics
If you have multiple locations on your MoeGo plan, the Multi-Location Analytics tab lets you compare campaign performance across all your locations in one place.
Performance chart
The chart at the top shows performance data with a separate line for each location.
Location Metrics table
Below the chart, a table breaks down every metric by location — so you can see exactly how each location is performing side by side. Columns include Clicks, Impressions, Ad Spend, Calls, Directions, Store Visits, Cost per Store Visit, and more. Click any column header to sort.
This tab is most useful for owners managing 2 or more locations who want to spot patterns, compare performance, or decide where to increase or decrease ad spend. Single-location businesses won't see this tab.
Credit Balance
Click Credit Balance in the top right corner of your Ads section to manage everything related to your ad spend billing. This page has several sections:
Billing Details
Shows your payment method on file (card type, last 4 digits, expiration). Click Modify to update your card or add a different payment method.
Ad Credit Balance
Your current credit available for ad spend. Click Add Credits to manually add funds. New subscribers start with a promotional credit (shown as "Promotional credit" in your balance history).
Automatic top-up
When enabled, your credit automatically refills when the balance gets low so your campaigns don't pause. Click Modify to turn it on, set the trigger threshold, and choose how much is added each time. We strongly recommend keeping auto top-up enabled.
⚠️ Important: If auto top-up is disabled and your credit reaches $0, your campaigns will pause until you manually add funds.
Ad Subscriptions
Lists all your ad campaigns with their creation date, daily cost, and status. Click Modify to change a campaign's budget tier, or expand View Payment History to see charges for that specific campaign.
Ad Credit Balance History
A log of every credit added to your account — including promotional credits, manual top-ups, and automatic top-ups. Shows the date, amount, and your balance after each transaction.
Invoices
All your invoices in one place. Each shows the date, invoice number, status, amount, and payment method. Click the download icon next to any invoice number to save a copy.
When to check the dashboard
A quick daily glance is enough for most businesses. Here's a simple guide:
Daily (1–2 minutes): Open Overview, confirm your campaigns are running and metrics are showing data.
Weekly (10 minutes): Compare this week's campaign metrics to last week. Check your Profile Score — has it improved?
Monthly (15 minutes): Review Credit Balance and ad spend trends. Check AI Search visibility. Decide whether to adjust your budget tier.
💡 Tip: The dashboard is your early warning system, not your daily to-do list. If everything looks stable, move on with your day.
