How to subscribe to MoeGo Ads, including pricing for single-location, multi-location, and mobile grooming businesses.

This article walks you through how to subscribe, what you'll be billed for, what happens after subscribing.

Before you start

You'll also need:

  • An active MoeGo subscription (any plan works)

  • A claimed and verified Google Business Profile

Pricing

πŸŽ‰ First-month offer

When you subscribe for the first time, your first month is free β€” no subscription fee β€” and your account is credited with $210 in Google Ads spend.

That's enough to run ads for about 30 days at the starter daily budget. You can test MoeGo Ads with almost no out-of-pocket cost.

What you pay depends on the type of business you run.

Grooming Salon, Boarding, or Daycare

$99 per month per location

You pay $99 for each location you want to advertise. If you have 3 locations, your monthly subscription is $297.

Mobile Grooming

$99 per month β€” covers up to 3 vans

If you have 1, 2, or 3 vans, you pay $99 per month flat.

Beyond that, each additional van is $19 per month.

Mixed business (salon + mobile)

If your business has both salon locations and mobile vans, you'll be billed for both β€” Location pricing for each salon, Van pricing for the mobile side.

For example: 1 salon + 2 vans = $99 (location) + $99 (van bundle covering both) = $198 per month.

Ad spend is separate

The $99 monthly subscription is for the MoeGo Ads platform itself.

Ad spend β€” the money that actually pays Google for showing your ads β€” is billed separately and starts at $7 per day. You set and control your daily budget.

How to subscribe

  1. Go to the Marketing menu in MoeGo: In your left sidebar, expand Marketing and select Ads. (This is only available for the desktop version.)

  2. Review the welcome page: You'll see a quick overview of MoeGo Ads and the pricing for your business type. Tap Subscribe to start.

  3. Confirm your order: The next page shows your order summary β€” number of locations or vans, monthly total, and your start date. Double-check that everything looks right.

  4. Complete payment: Your existing MoeGo payment method is selected by default. You can add a different card here if you'd prefer.

  5. You're subscribed: Once payment is confirmed, you'll be taken to your MoeGo Ads dashboard to start setup.

What happens after you subscribe

  • Billing starts immediately for the subscription, but the first month is free if this is your first time subscribing.

  • Your $210 in Google Ads credit is applied to your account automatically. You don't need to enter a code.

  • You can grant access to other team members by setting the "Access ads" permission for Managers or Staff in your Roles settings.

  • Future months auto-renew on the date you subscribed each month.

If your business changes

Adding or removing a location or van is normal β€” your subscription adjusts automatically, but on a delay.

  • Adding a location or van: The new addition is included in your next billing cycle, not the current one. For example, if you add a 4th van halfway through the month, the extra $19 charge starts on your next renewal date β€” not immediately.

  • Removing a location or van: Your subscription cost decreases starting from the next billing cycle. You won't be refunded for the current cycle.

Multi-location businesses

If you have multiple locations on your MoeGo plan, your MoeGo Ads subscription covers all of them together. You can't currently subscribe to ads for only some locations β€” it's all or none.

How to cancel

To cancel your MoeGo Ads subscription, contact MoeGo support. Our team will confirm your cancellation date and walk you through what happens to your current campaigns and Google Business Profile data.

A few things to know:

  • Your subscription continues to the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to all MoeGo Ads features through that date.

  • No refunds are issued for the remaining time in your current cycle.

  • Your historical data is preserved if you ever decide to subscribe again.

  • Your Google Business Profile stays intact β€” you keep ownership of it. You'll just lose access to manage it through MoeGo.

If you cancel your main MoeGo subscription while your Ads subscription is still active, your Ads subscription will continue until the end of its current cycle, then close automatically. You won't be charged again.

⚠️ Turn off auto top-up first. Cancelling your subscription doesn't automatically stop auto top-up.

To avoid unexpected charges: go to Credit Balance > Auto Top-up settings and turn it off before contacting support to cancel.
