About MoeGo Ads
What makes MoeGo Ads different?
MoeGo Ads is built specifically for local, brick-and-mortar businesses that rely on real-world customer visits. Unlike traditional Google Ads, MoeGo Ads focuses heavily on Google Maps placements, where customer intent is highest.
Key things that set it apart:
The ability to prioritize Google Maps ads — something Google Ads doesn't let you do on its own.
Lower average cost per click compared to traditional Google Search campaigns in many markets.
Faster Google Business Profile verification support than managing it yourself.
Continuous 24/7 AI optimization — no dashboards to check, no keyword lists to write.
It's designed to be simple, effective, and accessible even for business owners who aren't marketing experts.
How does MoeGo Ads compare to traditional Google Search advertising costs?
MoeGo Ads focuses ad spend on Google Maps placements rather than traditional Google Search results. Maps ads typically operate in a less competitive environment and are driven by location-based intent rather than keyword bidding alone. Actual cost per click varies by market and competition.
Why should I run MoeGo Ads only on Google Maps?
If your business has a physical location, most customers find you when they're actively looking for somewhere to go. Google Maps users are typically searching with immediate intent.
Maps-focused ads let you:
Reach customers who are ready to visit now.
Avoid unnecessary website clicks.
Keep users inside your Google Business Profile, where hours, directions, reviews, and calls are easily accessible.
This approach works especially well for pet groomers, boarding facilities, salons, medical offices, gyms, and other local service businesses.
Does MoeGo Ads work on Google Maps and Google Search?
Yes — both. Campaigns are typically weighted more heavily toward Maps because it consistently drives higher engagement and stronger conversion intent for local businesses. Most campaigns allocate approximately 70% toward Maps and 30% toward Search, depending on performance.
Is MoeGo Ads the same as Local Search Ads (LSA)?
Not exactly. The idea is similar — both use Google Search and Maps — but the key difference is how your budget is used.
With standard Local Search Ads, you don't really control where your spend goes — Google decides. With MoeGo Ads, we prioritize Google Maps, where customers are usually ready to take action. Our AI helps direct more of your actions there, making it more efficient and focused on high-intent searches.
Timing, results, and metrics
How long does it take to see results?
After launching a campaign, there's a learning phase that typically lasts 10 to 12 days while the system optimizes targeting and spend.
During the learning phase, the system:
Identifies the right audience to show your ads to.
Tests different placements and signals.
Determines whether additional keywords or refinements are needed.
The first month provides directional results and early insights. Most businesses see their strongest performance after 6 to 8 weeks as optimization continues.
💡 Give your campaign time to complete the learning phase before evaluating performance — early impressions are normal even when clicks and calls are still ramping up.
What's the difference between impressions and clicks?
Impressions measure how often your ad appears. Clicks measure how often someone engages with your ad.
Impressions show visibility. Clicks and local actions show customer intent. It's normal for impressions to be high before clicks and actions stabilize.
What do the local action metrics mean?
Direction Views — clicks for directions in Google Maps, showing strong intent to visit.
Store Visits — estimated visits to your location after interacting with your ad.
Phone Calls — calls made directly from your listing or ad.
Website Visits — clicks to your website from Maps.
Other Actions — bookings, saves, or shares when applicable.
These actions are strong indicators of real customer intent, especially early in a campaign.
Subscription and commitment
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
No. MoeGo Ads is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment. Your first month is completely free, and you can cancel at any time.
We'll send you a reminder before your free trial ends so you can decide whether to continue — no surprise charges.
Running MoeGo Ads alongside your existing Google Ads
Will MoeGo Ads conflict with my existing ad campaigns?
No. MoeGo Ads runs alongside your existing marketing efforts without interfering with other campaigns. MoeGo Ads uses a separate ad account, which keeps reporting and attribution clean and prevents overlap with agency-managed or in-house Google Ads campaigns.
I already have a Google Ads account. Can I still use MoeGo Ads?
Yes. Many businesses run MoeGo Ads alongside an existing Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, and even Local Services Ads. MoeGo Ads uses its own separate ad account, so you don't need to change or restructure anything you already have running.
Do I need to pause or turn off my existing Google Ads campaigns?
No. MoeGo Ads is built to run alongside your current campaigns without requiring you to pause or disable anything.
How does MoeGo Ads work alongside my existing Google Ads campaigns?
MoeGo Ads and your other Google Ads campaigns don't compete with each other because they serve different stages of the customer journey.
MoeGo Ads focuses on high-intent, consideration-to-decision moments — someone who's already decided to go out and opens Google Maps to find you. About 70% of MoeGo Ads spend is weighted toward Maps.
Your other campaigns (Search, YouTube, etc.) tend to reach people earlier — during the awareness and research stage.
Showing up consistently across both stages raises the odds you're top of mind when someone's ready to act.
MoeGo Ads also uses an hour-of-day bidding strategy, timing when it competes to avoid bidding in the same windows as your other campaigns. This further reduces the chance of the two systems competing in the same auction at the same time.
💡 We recommend running MoeGo Ads as an evergreen campaign. The AI optimizes continuously — the longer it runs, the more it learns and the more efficient it gets at reaching the right audience at the right time.
Does MoeGo Ads take my existing campaigns into account?
No. MoeGo Ads and your other Google Ads campaigns run separately, and the strategy used in one doesn't affect the other.
MoeGo Ads matches ads to searches using your Google Business Profile, so we recommend keeping your profile optimized (our profile optimization tool can help) and actively managing your reviews. Google tends to favor well-optimized profiles — generally those with at least 15 reviews and a 4.0+ rating.
Are there situations where enabling MoeGo Ads could negatively impact my existing Google Ads setup?
If MoeGo Ads and your other campaigns target very similar audiences, keywords, and locations, both may become eligible for some of the same Google auctions, which can occasionally push cost-per-click up. Google's auction system decides placement based on relevance, quality, competition, and other factors — not which platform submitted the ad.
When that happens, MoeGo Ads' AI automatically shifts spend to different times of day or keywords to reduce the overlap, so no action is needed on your end.
Beyond that scenario, there are no other documented situations where enabling MoeGo Ads negatively impacts an existing Google Ads account. To avoid confusion, we also recommend:
Viewing MoeGo Ads as a complementary channel rather than a replacement.
Giving new campaigns enough time to complete the learning phase before evaluating performance.
Looking at total business outcomes (calls, directions, visits, bookings) instead of comparing individual campaigns too early.
Will MoeGo Ads replace my marketing agency?
No. MoeGo Ads complements an agency's existing work. Many businesses choose to run MoeGo Ads alongside agency-managed campaigns.
Will I lose access to my existing Google Ads account?
No. Your existing Google Ads account remains unchanged and under your control.
Why does MoeGo Ads use a separate Google Ads account?
Using a separate account helps:
Keep reporting separate.
Avoid changes to your existing campaign structures.
Allow MoeGo Ads to optimize campaigns independently.
