Instead of selling every package from the front desk, you can let clients buy packages on their own through online booking — they pay upfront, and the package lands in their profile automatically.

This article shows you how to enable online purchase and the three ways clients can buy a package.
Before you start
Set up MoeGo Pay: Packages will not appear in online booking unless MoeGo Pay is registered for your business. See Get Started with MoeGo Pay 👈 Without MoeGo Pay, you can still sell packages from the business side.
Enable each package for online booking: Every package has its own visibility setting — see the steps below.
Enable a package for online purchase
Go to Loyalty > Package: Open the package you want to sell online (or create a new one).
Toggle on Enable package purchase for Online Booking: Save the package.
📝 Note: Only packages with this toggle on will show in the online purchase list. There is no view-only display — if a package is visible online, clients can purchase it.
Three ways clients can buy
1. From your Online Booking landing page
Clients visit your Online Booking landing page, click the Package banner, and complete their purchase.
2. Through a direct package link
Generate the link at Online Booking > Settings > Overview > Link Tools > Package Link. Copy it and share it by email, SMS, social media, or anywhere else — clients use it to go straight to your package purchase page.
3. From the client's online booking profile
Clients can log in to their Online Booking profile to view their package history, and click Purchase Package to buy more.
What the purchase flow looks like for clients
Open your online booking page or package link.
Log in as an existing client or create a new account.
Select the package.
Review and confirm the package details, then pay. Clients can save their card for future use.
