A package bundles services or add-ons — like 10 daycare days or 5 baths — into a single upfront purchase, usually at a discounted price. New to packages? Start with MoeGo Package (Beta) - Overview 👈

This article shows you how to build and maintain your package menu: create a package, set how long it stays valid, make it available for online purchase, and edit or delete it later.

Create a package

  1. Go to Loyalty > Package: Click Add package.

  2. Fill in the basic information: Package name, Description, Status, and Price & Tax. The package price is what your client pays upfront for the whole bundle.

  3. Add package items: Select the services or add-ons to include, and set the Quantity of each. The Unit Price column shows each item's original price, so you can see the value your bundled price offers.

  4. Set up the package validity: Choose how long the package can be used after it is sold.

  5. (Optional) Toggle on Enable package purchase for Online Booking: This lets clients buy the package on their own. See Let Clients Purchase Packages Online 👈

📝 Note: Validity starts from the sale date. For example, if you sell a package on 5/15 with a 3-month (90-day) validity, it expires on 8/15. Once a package expires, its remaining items can no longer be applied to appointments.

Edit or delete a package

  • Go to Loyalty > Package, click the three-dot action button next to a package, and select edit or delete.

📝 Note: Deleting a package from your menu does not affect packages already sold to clients.
