If your workflow requires a printed appointment list or appointment cards for each day, the Print feature allows you to quickly generate printable documents from your calendar.
💡 Note: This feature is available on the desktop version only.
Access the Print Feature
Go to Calendar
Click the Print icon on the left-side calendar menu
You will see two available options:
Print Daily Appointment Cards
Print Daily Summary
Print Daily Summary
The Daily Summary provides a compact overview of all appointments scheduled for a selected day.
You can print the summary for:
All staff
A specific staff member
Information Included in the Daily Summary
The report includes all appointments for the selected date and staff, along with key statistics:
Daily Statistics
Total appointments
Total pets
Expected revenue
Appointment Details
Appointment date and time
Assigned staff
Client name
Pet name and breed
Estimated price
Phone number
Address
Ticket comments
Alert notes
Steps to Print
Click Print Daily Summary
In the pop-up window, select:
Date
Staff member
Click Print
Your browser’s print window will open, where you can adjust printing settings before confirming.
Print Appointment Cards
Appointment Cards provide a detailed printable sheet for each appointment.
Each appointment will print on its own page, and you can customize which information appears on the card.
Steps to Print Appointment Cards
Click Print Daily Appointment Cards
Select:
Date
Staff member
Choose which information you want to display on the cards
Click Print
Your browser’s print window will open where you can adjust printing settings.
Information Available on Appointment Cards
You can toggle on or off the details you want to include on the printed cards.

Once you finish selecting the desired information and staff/date filters, click Print and confirm the printing settings in your browser.
