Grooming Calendar View - Configuration

Customize your calendar view using Calendar Configuration to match your business preferences and working style.

With these settings, you can control what information appears on appointment cards, adjust calendar display settings, and configure color coding for easier scheduling management.


How to Customize Your Calendar View

🖥️ Desktop

  1. Navigate to Calendar

  2. Click the Config button

  3. The Calendar Customization window will open

From there, you can adjust multiple display and functionality settings.


Customize What Displays on Appointment Cards

You can control which details appear on each appointment card in the calendar.

Simply check or uncheck the following options:

  • Appointment time

  • Client name

  • Pet name

  • Pet code

  • Service

  • Price

  • Ticket comment

  • Vaccination expiration alert

  • Agreement not signed alert

  • Show address

These options help you tailor the amount of information shown on your calendar.


Pop-Up View

You can disable the hover pop-up card if you prefer a cleaner calendar display.

To disable pop-ups:

  1. Uncheck Show pop-up view

  2. Click Save

Once disabled, hovering over an appointment card will no longer display the detailed pop-up.


Mobile Grooming Settings

For mobile grooming businesses, you can customize which address information appears on the calendar.

Client Location

Choose to display either:

  • The client’s specific address, or

  • The client’s service area (configured in Settings → Business → Service Area)

Staff Service Area

You can also display each staff member’s assigned service area for each weekday directly on the calendar.

Example

  • The appointment displays the client’s service area

  • Staff member Lily is assigned to Korea town on Thursday, which appears below her name on the calendar


Staff Estimated Revenue

You can display each staff member’s estimated daily revenue directly on the calendar.

To enable this:

  1. Check Staff Estimated Revenue

  2. The estimated revenue will appear below each staff name in the staff column.


Red Line Indicator

Enable the Red Line Indicator to display the current time on your calendar when viewing Today.

The calendar time is based on the timezone configured in: Settings → General Settings

  • However, the Red Line Indicator itself follows your device’s timezone.

  • To ensure the indicator displays correctly, please make sure your device timezone matches the system timezone configured in your MoeGo settings.


Calendar View Time

You can adjust the calendar's visible time range to match your business hours.

Example:

If your business operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, set the calendar start and end time accordingly. The calendar will only display those hours and hide the rest.


Calendar Zoom Level & Weekly Zoom Size

You can control how much information appears on your calendar.

Calendar Zoom Level

Choose your preferred zoom level:

  • Standard

  • Large

  • Extra Large

Larger zoom levels show more details on each appointment card.

Weekly View Zoom Size

This setting applies only to Weekly View.

Options include:

  • Standard

  • Compact

After adjusting your settings, click Save to apply the changes.


Color Code Type

You can customize how colors appear on appointment cards.

Display By

Choose which item determines the color:

  • Service

  • Staff

  • Appointment

Tips for Appointment Card Colors

By default, the calendar uses Appointment Color.

Service Color

  • Navigate to Settings → Services

  • Edit a service and assign a color.

Note: If an appointment contains multiple services, only the first service color will be applied.

Staff Color

  • Go to Settings → Staff

  • Open a staff profile and assign a color.

Appointment Color

  • By default, appointments appear black

  • You can assign a client color code

  • Once applied, the appointment will display using the client’s color


Style

Choose how the color appears:

  • Stripe

  • Background


Slot Indicator (By-Slot Mode)

For Salon businesses using By-Slot mode, you may see a Slot Indicator option.

This allows available slots and capacity to be displayed on the calendar.

To enable this feature:

  1. Ensure Availability Type in Shift Management and Online Booking is set to By Slot

  2. Enable Slot Indicator in calendar configuration

Slot capacity will then appear directly on the calendar.

Calendar Data Source

You can choose which system provides data for:

  • Calendar indicators

  • Limitation banners

  • Find Available Slot feature

Available data sources:

  • Online Booking

  • Shift Management

Additional options include:

  • Show Slot Location & Occupancy
    Displays slots in green with the maximum pet capacity per slot.

  • Show Slot Time
    Displays the time assigned to each slot.


Multi-Staff Settings

These settings affect how services appear when multiple staff members are assigned to the same service.

Split Service Price & Commission

Choose how price and commission are displayed when a service is shared across multiple staff members.

Auto-Memorize Work Pattern

When enabled:

  • The system remembers your multi-staff configuration

  • The same setup will automatically apply to the next appointment.

📱 Mobile App

To access calendar configuration on the mobile app:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Tap Calendar Configuration

Customize Calendar & Appointment Cards (Mobile)

The mobile app provides fewer customization options than desktop but still allows you to control key display elements.

You can choose to show:

  • Client name

  • Pet name

  • Service name

  • Address

  • Ticket comment

You can also:

  • Set calendar start and end time

  • Choose a color code type:

    • Appointment color

    • Staff color

    • Service color


Frequently Asked Questions

Do calendar configuration settings sync between desktop and mobile?

  • Yes. Calendar settings with the same names are shared between desktop and mobile. Changes made on one device will automatically apply to the other.

Are calendar configuration settings applied per user or per business?

  • Calendar configuration is a business-level setting. You can configure it for each business location, and the settings will apply to all staff views for that location.
