The Print card feature lets you generate printed materials for your daily boarding and daycare operations.

Whether you're preparing for a busy check-in morning or making sure your staff has the right care instructions for each pet, you can print exactly what you need — customized for the information that matters to your team.

To open the Print dialog, click the Print icon in the top toolbar on your Boarding & Daycare home page.

Card types

MoeGo offers multiple card types to serve your needs. Each one is designed for a specific moment in your workflow.

Card type

Best used for

Appointment list

A daily overview of all booked pets — what they're in for, where they're staying, and when

Boarding arrival list

Preparing for incoming boarding pets on a given start date

Boarding departure list

Tracking which boarding pets are going home on a given end date

Stay card

A full per-pet reference card with care details, feeding, medication, and health info

Activity card

A daily checklist for staff to track feeding, medication, and add-on tasks by schedule

Appointment card

A per-pet card with appointment details, client info, and service history

Collar label

A large-text label to attach to a pet's collar or kennel showing their name, lodging, and owner

How to print a card

  1. Select a Card type from the dropdown on the right.

  2. Adjust the Settings to choose which information to include on the card.

  3. Set the date filter at the bottom of the dialog. Each card type uses a relevant date field:

    • Appointment list, Activity card, Collar label, Appointment card → Date (the service date)

    • Boarding arrival list → Start date (the check-in date)

    • Boarding departure list → End date (the departure date)

    • Stay card → Check-in date

  4. Filter by care type (where applicable) to narrow results to Boarding, Daycare, or both.

  5. Check "Checked in pets only" if you only want to see pets who have already checked in for their appointment that day.

  6. Click Print to send to your printer.

When to use each card

Starting your day
Print an Appointment list to see who's coming in, what services they need, and where they're staying.

At check-in
Print the Boarding arrival list sorted by Arrival time so your front desk can work through check-ins in order.

Use Stay cards to give your care staff everything they need for each pet's stay — feeding schedules, medication, health notes, and more.

During the day
Print Activity cards for your kennel staff. Each card shows the tasks for the day, organized by schedule time. Staff can check off feeding and medication as they go.

At checkout
Print the Boarding departure list sorted by Departure time to see who's going home and when.

For identification
Print Collar labels after check-in and attach them to each pet's kennel or collar. This makes it easy to match pets to their lodging and quickly spot any special care notes.
