Membership Related Guides

Each guide below walks you through what to do, where to click, and how to use memberships effectively.

Before You Start

Before creating or selling memberships, make sure the following requirements are met:

  • Memberships are available on eligible plans (Growth and above)

  • MoeGo Pay is enabled to support recurring billing

How Memberships Work

A membership plan is a recurring subscription that clients purchase for ongoing benefits.

Once a client enrolls:

  • The client is automatically billed based on the plan’s billing cycle

  • Payments are charged to the card on file

  • Benefits become available based on the membership’s current status

This ensures seamless recurring payments without manual follow-up.

Typical Membership Flow

  1. Create a membership plan with pricing, billing frequency, and included benefits

  2. Sell the membership through Online Booking or the Business Portal

  3. Clients are billed automatically on each billing cycle

  4. Benefits are applied when appointments or services are booked

  5. Manage memberships directly in MoeGo (pause, cancel, refund, or edit)
