Apply Memberships in Invoice

Learn how to apply membership benefits during checkout and online booking in MoeGo, including rules, limitations, and how membership perks are calculated.

This article explains how memberships are applied in MoeGo invoices. You’ll learn when membership perks are automatically applied, how to manually apply them during checkout, and how membership benefits work across grooming, boarding, daycare, and online booking.

Membership Perks

Membership Badge

When a client has an active membership, a gold badge appears next to their name throughout the system.

This badge helps you instantly identify membership clients.

  • Hover over the badge to view membership details

  • The badge appears consistently across client list, client profiles, appointments, lodging view, and home page.

💡 Note: Membership management is currently available on the web version only.
If you’re using the mobile app, please switch to the web version to apply, manage, or cancel memberships.

During checkout:

  • The system automatically applies the most advantageous membership or discount

  • You can also manually apply membership as needed

  • Different services, add-ons, or products within the same appointment can each receive individual membership benefits

Tip:
Membership perks are redeemed after the appointment is marked as fully paid.

Promotion rules (Important)

In the current invoice version:

  • For each service item, only one promotion category can be applied:

    • Membership

    • Package

    • Discount

  • You cannot stack multiple perks or discounts on the same service item

  • Memberships, packages, and discounts can be applied together

  • This applies even within the same appointment or same service item


Apply Membership During Online Booking

Membership perks are also available during online booking.

Clients can:

  • View applicable membership while booking

  • Choose to apply membership when submitting their booking request

Grooming Services

On the service selection page, clients will see:

  • Applicable membership discounts or perks

  • Displayed directly below services that include membership benefits

If your business requires prepayment or deposit:

  • The Confirm and Pay screen will highlight the total amount saved

  • Membership savings are clearly shown, reinforcing the value of the membership

Boarding & Daycare Services

The booking experience for boarding and daycare works the same way as grooming:

  • Membership and discounts are displayed during service selection

  • Savings are reflected during checkout and payment
