Manage Individual Client Memberships

Learn how to view, manage, pause, cancel, and track individual client memberships directly from the Client Profile in MoeGo.

Memberships in MoeGo help you build stronger client relationships by offering recurring plans with built-in benefits, automated billing, and flexible renewal options.

This article explains how to manage individual client memberships in MoeGo.

The Client Profile β†’ Memberships tab is the central place to view and manage a client’s memberships.

From here, you can:

  • Check membership status and renewal details

  • Review billing and payment methods

  • Track benefit usage and redemption history

  • Pause, restart, or cancel memberships

This allows your team to quickly respond to client questions and manage subscriptions without switching between multiple pages.


View Client Memberships

Navigate to the Client Profile, then open the Memberships tab.

To add a new membership for this client:

  • Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner near the Book Appointment button

  • Select Add Membership

Membership Cards Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see a membership card for each subscription associated with the client.

Each membership card displays key details at a glance:

  • Plan Name
    The membership plan the client purchased

  • Status & Renewal
    Current status (Active, Paused, Scheduled, or Canceled) and the next renewal date

  • More Info
    Hover to view additional subscription details

  • Actions
    Click to manage the membership

View Detailed Membership Information

Click More Info on a membership card to view detailed subscription data, including:

  • Billing Details
    Price, billing cycle, and billing schedule

  • Membership Timeline
    When the membership was requested and when it started

  • Payment Method
    The card currently used for recurring billing

  • Change Payment Method
    Update the card on file directly from this panel by clicking on "Change"

Perform Quick Membership Actions

Click Actions on a membership card to manage the subscription:

  • View invoice history
    See all invoices associated with this membership

  • Pause membership
    Temporarily stop billing and benefits

  • Cancel membership
    End the subscription immediately or at the end of the billing period, based on your policy

Track Benefits & Usage History

Benefits Overview

In the Purchase History section, you can monitor membership benefits for each billing cycle.

Each benefit includes:

  • Item – Service, product, add-on, or package name

  • Benefit Status – Active or Expired

  • Quantity vs. Remaining – Total credits included vs. credits remaining

    • Unlimited benefits will display as Unlimited

  • Expiration Date

    • For Service Credit Benefit

      • Displays β€œβ€“β€ if set to On renewal

      • Displays a date if set to expire after a specific number of days

    • For Pricing Benefit

      • All displays β€œβ€“β€, as the pricing benefit will expire on renewal.

  • Benefit Type

    • Credit (service credit)

    • Pricing (discount)

  • Item Type

    • Service, product, add-on, or package

Transfer Service Credits to Store Credit

For service credit benefits, you may see a double-arrow icon under Remaining.

Click this icon to transfer unused service credits into store credit.

You can:

  • Select the quantity to transfer

  • Manually adjust the store credit amount

⚠️ Store credit cannot exceed the service price.
If the amount exceeds the service value, you’ll see an alert:
β€‹β€œCredits exceed the total value of the item(s)”

Redemption History

The Redemption History section shows how membership benefits have been used.

You can view:

  • Service or product redeemed

  • Date and time of redemption

  • Related invoice ID

Click View Invoice to open the appointment invoice where the benefit was redeemed.

This provides a complete audit trail of benefit usage.

View Membership Activity Log

The Activity Log records all key membership-related events, including:

  • Membership lifecycle events (purchase, pause, restart, cancellation)

  • Billing events (successful or failed auto-charges)

  • Account adjustments (refunds, store credit transfers)

  • Service usage (benefits redeemed)
