Both the web version and the mobile app allow you to view client locations on a map.
This feature helps you:
Identify high-demand areas
Optimize service area boundaries
Adjust staff availability strategically
Improve routing efficiency
🖥️ Web Version
The web version does not have a “nearby clients” search function. However, you can view active client locations when setting up service areas.
Go to: Settings > Businesses > Select Your Business > Service Area
Click Add New Service Area
Select the checkbox: Show Active Clients
Select the checkbox: Show Active Clients
All active clients will appear as pins on the map based on their saved addresses.
You can use this view to:
Ensure your service areas include existing clients
Identify geographic clusters before drawing boundaries
📱 Mobile App
On the mobile app, you can view clients directly from the calendar map.
Go to Calendar
Switch to Map View
Tap the Search icon
By default:
The map centers on your current location
Nearby client locations appear as pins
Map Legend (Mobile App)
When viewing clients on the map, the icons represent the following:
Orange Circle with Number
Total number of nearby clients within the displayed area.Green Pin
Clients who have upcoming appointments scheduled.Black Pin
Clients who do not have any upcoming appointments.Orange Pin
The client(s) currently selected.Blue Dot
Your current location.
View All Clients
To see all clients on the map:
Select All to display every client in the system.
Or choose a radius option such as 1 mile, 2 miles, or 5 miles to view clients near your current location.
Adjust the search radius as needed to refine the view.
If you need to locate clients around a specific address:
Enter the address in the search bar
The map will reposition based on that location and display clients within the selected radius
This helps you quickly analyze client density in any targeted area.

Tap Filter to narrow client results by:

Client categories
View Client Details
Tap any client pin on the map to:
See the client’s name
View their location
Access additional client details
