How to create and manage repeating Daycare reservations

Use repeat options when a pet needs Daycare on more than one day. You can follow a recurring rule or select individual dates.

This article explains how to create the reservations and how edit or deletion scopes affect the series.

How It Works

MoeGo supports Doesn't repeat, Repeat on rules, and Repeat on selected days.

A rule-based repeat can use a frequency, weekday, and an end condition based on an occurrence count or end date.
A selected-day repeat creates a separate Daycare reservation and booking number for every selected date.
Each reservation can be opened and managed individually.

Create repeating Daycare reservations

Start a Daycare reservation: Select the client, pet, primary service, and other reservation details.
Select a repeat option: Choose Repeat on rules or Repeat on selected days.
Set the schedule: Enter the rule and end condition, or select the required dates.
Review the preview: Confirm the number of reservations, dates, and times.
Create the reservations: Review the service details and pricing, then save.

Edit repeating reservations

Select the scope that matches what you want to change:

Scope	What it changes
Only this	Applies the change to the selected reservation.
This and following	Applies supported changes to the selected reservation and later unfinished occurrences.
All	Applies supported changes across the series.

Only the fields you changed are applied to the selected unfinished occurrences. Other appointment sections keep their existing values.

If you change the date and time together, the date applies only to the selected occurrence. The time follows the repeat scope you select.

Change or delete a repeat series

If a changed repeat rule omits future occurrences, those occurrences are canceled. Historical occurrences are preserved.
If you delete a repeat series, unfinished occurrences are removed. Finished occurrences are kept.

Review the scope before you confirm a change or deletion.
