Choose which services your staff can bundle as an additional service when scheduling a primary Boarding or Daycare service. This helps the front desk follow your intended service structure while still allowing an exception when necessary.
For example, you can allow a grooming service on the final day of a Boarding stay while hiding services that should not normally be combined with that Boarding service.
Configure eligible additional services
Open Service settings: Go to Settings > Service on MoeGo Web.
Select the primary service: Open the Boarding or Daycare service you want to configure.
Find the setting: Go to the Additional service section.
Choose eligible services: Select the services staff should be able to add to this primary service.
Save the setting: Confirm your changes.
Repeat these steps for each primary service that needs its own eligibility rules. Eligibility is configured per service, so two Boarding services can offer different additional-service choices.
What staff see while scheduling
When a staff member adds an additional service to a reservation, the picker shows applicable services based on the primary service's configuration. Services you did not select are hidden by default.
This lets the front desk choose from the combinations your business normally supports without searching through every service.
Allow an exception
When a staff member needs a service that is hidden by the eligibility rule:
Open the additional-service picker.
Clear Only show applicable service.
Select the required service from the expanded list.
Review the reservation and save.
This is a manual override for an exception; it does not change the primary service's saved eligibility configuration.
Daycare eligibility
Configure Daycare eligibility from the Daycare service's settings. In the current experience, Daycare can be bundled with grooming services and add-on services as additional services.
