The report shows the campaign subject and sent time, along with a preview of the email.
Understand campaign performance
Metric | What it shows |
Sent | The number of emails sent to the selected recipients. |
Opened | The number and percentage of recipients who opened the email. |
Clicked | The number and percentage of recipients whose email activity registered a link click. |
Replied | The number and percentage of recipients who replied to the email. |
Bookings | The number of new bookings attributed to the campaign. The amount in parentheses is the gross sales connected to those bookings. |
Bookings are attributed when a client opens the campaign within 7 days after it is sent and creates a new booking within 7 days after the first open. The gross sales amount uses the original service value from those bookings before discounts, package deductions, taxes, and tips.

Open the reply: Select View reply.
Review the message: Read the client's reply and any content displayed with it.
Understand the Clicked metric
The Clicked metric can include more than intentional clicks on the main links in your email. For example:
A click on the automatic unsubscribe link can be recorded as a click.
Some email security tools automatically scan links or generate previews before the client opens the email.
Because of this, treat Clicked as a useful engagement signal rather than a perfect count of intentional client actions.
Preview the sent email
Select Preview email from the report when you need to review the message that was sent. The sent email includes the automatic unsubscribe link even though that link is not shown in the campaign preview before sending.
