How to manage drafts, scheduled emails, and sent campaigns

Find email campaigns by status, continue a draft, manage a scheduled campaign, or review a campaign after it is sent.

The Email campaign list keeps your campaigns in one place. Use it to find drafts, check scheduled campaigns, and open reports for sent campaigns.

Open the Email campaign list

  1. Go to Marketing: From the left navigation menu, select Marketing.

  2. Open Email campaigns: Select Email campaigns.

  3. Find a campaign: Search by subject keyword or use the status filter to narrow the list.

Status

What it means

Common next action

Draft

The campaign has not been sent or scheduled.

Select Edit to continue working.

Scheduled

The campaign is set to send at a future date and time.

Open the available actions to review or change the schedule.

Sent

The campaign has been sent to the selected recipients.

Select View report to review performance.

The actions available for a campaign depend on its current status.

Continue a draft

  1. Find the draft: Locate the campaign with the Draft status.

  2. Open it: Select Edit.

  3. Review each step: Update the campaign content, recipients, or sending option as needed.

  4. Finish later or send: Leave it as a draft if it is not ready, or continue to Schedule & send.

When you leave an unfinished campaign, MoeGo can prompt you to save it as a draft. Confirm the prompt if you want to return to the campaign later.

Manage a scheduled campaign

  1. Find the campaign: Locate the campaign with the Scheduled status.

  2. Open the action menu: Select the available campaign actions.

  3. Choose the needed action: Reschedule the campaign if the sending time needs to change, or cancel it if it should not be sent.

  4. Confirm the change: Review and confirm the updated schedule or cancellation.

Manage a sent campaign

After a campaign is sent, you can use the campaign list to:

  • Select View report to review performance and recipient activity.

  • Preview the sent email from the report.

  • Duplicate an existing campaign when you want to reuse its content for a new audience or send date.

  • Open the action menu to see other actions available for the campaign.

Find a campaign faster

  • Use the status filter to show all emails or a specific campaign status.

  • Search by subject keyword when you know part of the email subject.

  • Use the date, recipient count, and open rate columns to distinguish campaigns with similar subjects.
