Profile Manager lets you control your Google Business Profile directly from MoeGo β without logging into Google. You can see how customers are finding you, update your business details, generate and schedule Google posts, and get recommendations to improve your profile's visibility.
Your Google Business Profile is one of the most important factors in whether new customers find your business on Google Maps and in search results. Keeping it complete, accurate, and active makes a real difference β both for Google Ads and for AI search tools like ChatGPT.
Track how customers find you
At the top of Profile Manager, you'll see an Interactions chart showing how customers are engaging with your Google Business Profile over time.
The chart shows a "With MoeGo" vs "Before using MoeGo" comparison. This is one of the clearest ways to see the impact of your campaigns. You can toggle between weekly and monthly views, and adjust the date range.
Google Search Impressions
Google Search Impressions β the actual search terms people typed into Google to find your business, along with how many times each term appeared.
This tells you exactly what your potential customers are searching for.
If you notice important terms missing (for example, customers aren't finding you for "mobile dog grooming" even though that's your main service), that's a signal to update your service descriptions in Profile Details.
Improve Profile Performance
Click Run analysis to get a comprehensive review of your Google Business Profile with specific recommendations for improvement.
Simply click on "Boost profile" to have AI optimize your profile description and auto-generate post.
Profile Metrics
The Profile Metrics section shows two key numbers:
Your Profile Score β a score out of 10 reflecting how complete and optimized your Google Business Profile is. Click Improve score to see specific actions you can take to raise it. A higher score means Google is more likely to show your business in local search results.
Ratings and Reviews β your current star rating and total number of Google reviews. Click Manage reviews to jump to Review Manager and respond to recent reviews.
Update your Profile Details
The Profile Details section shows the information that appears on your Google Business Profile. Click Edit to update any of the following:
You can also update your Location (business address) and Business Hours in the sections below Profile Details. Business Hours has its own Edit button β click it to set your hours for each day of the week.
Changes you make here are published to your Google Business Profile automatically within a few minutes.
π‘ Tip: Keep your hours especially up to date around holidays. Outdated hours are the most common reason customers show up at a closed business and leave a frustrated review.
Generate Google posts
Google Business Profile lets you publish posts β updates that appear on your listing when customers find you on Google. Most businesses never use this feature because creating posts regularly is time-consuming.
Profile Manager makes it easy by generating posts for you automatically.
That's 3 months of Google content created in a few minutes. You just review and approve.
Create a single post
For one-off updates β a holiday special, a service announcement, or a seasonal promotion β you can create a post manually.
Click Create New Post.
Write your caption (30 to 1,500 characters). Use the AI rewrite option to refine your text if needed.
Upload an image (1200Γ1200 pixels or larger, under 5MB).
Add a call-to-action like "Learn more" or "Book now," plus the URL.
Choose when to publish β now or schedule for later.
Click Publish.
