🌱 MoeGo Ads is launching soon. If you're interested in being one of the first to try it, contact your account manager or MoeGo support to get on the early access list.

Review Manager pulls all your Google reviews into MoeGo so you can read, respond to, and learn from them — without logging into Google. It uses AI to summarize review trends and generate personalized replies, so you can stay on top of your reputation in minutes instead of hours.

Responding to reviews quickly and thoughtfully is one of the biggest factors in how both customers and AI search tools rank your business. Review Manager makes that easy.

Summary of your recent reviews

This gives you a plain-language overview of what customers are saying — what they love, what they're complaining about, and what themes keep coming up.

The summary updates automatically as new reviews come in, so you always have a current read on your reputation without having to scroll through every review individually.

Highlights

The Highlights panel shows a tag cloud of common themes from your reviews, color-coded by sentiment:

  • 🟢 Green tags (↗) — positive themes that customers praise. These are trending upward.

  • ⚪ Grey tags (→) — neutral themes that come up regularly but without strong positive or negative sentiment.

  • 🔴 Red tags (↘) — negative themes generating complaints. These are trending downward.

💡 Tip: Pay special attention to red tags trending downward. These are the issues that will keep showing up in future reviews — and in AI search rankings — if not addressed. Use them to identify what to fix in your business or how to respond to specific complaints.

Read your reviews

Reviews are listed with the most recent first. Click any review to open it in the detail panel on the right, where you can read the full text and write a reply.

Check Review Manager at least weekly. Fast responses signal to both customers and Google that you're an active, engaged business — and that matters for your search ranking.

Reply with Smart Reply

From here, you can reply manually or use Smart Reply to generate a personalized response with AI.

Smart Reply reads the actual content of the review and writes a reply that addresses the customer's specific points.

  • For a 5-star review praising your groomer, it'll write a warm thank-you.

  • For a 1-star review about a specific issue, it'll write a thoughtful response that acknowledges the problem.

⚠️ Important: Always read what Smart Reply generates before posting — especially for negative reviews. AI can sometimes miss nuance, and a tone-deaf reply to an upset customer can do more harm than no reply at all. Take 30 seconds to review.

Set up signatures

You can save multiple signatures — for example, one from the business and one from the owner personally — and choose which to use for each reply.

What makes a good review response

Even with AI generating the first draft, a few principles make responses stronger:

  • Be specific. Reference something the customer mentioned — their pet's name, the service they got, the staff member they praised.

  • Be timely. Responding within 24–48 hours shows you're paying attention.

  • For negative reviews: acknowledge, don't argue. Even if the complaint isn't fair, a defensive reply makes you look worse to every other customer reading it.

  • Keep it brief. 2–4 sentences is ideal. Long replies read as over-explaining.
