MoeGo Setting - Setting Up Your Business Location

Let's kick things off by setting up your business location in MoeGo!

In this guide, you'll find step-by-step instructions to help you accurately configure your business details, ensuring seamless operations and effective management.

Whether you're adding a new location or customizing existing settings, we'll walk you through the process to get you started quickly and confidently.


Add New Business Location

🖥️ Desktop

  • On the desktop version, you can navigate to Settings > Business, then click on "Add new location/Mobile van" to add an additional business location or van.

  • This will redirect you to the "Subscription Plan" page, where you can add a salon location or number of vans by clicking the "+" button under "Business Units".

📱App

  • To add a new van on the app, navigate to Settings > Vans.

  • Click on "+ New Van," enter the van name, and then click on "Proceed."

  • Your on-file credit card will be charged a prorated rate based on your current subscription cycle for adding the new van.

Tips:

  • If you are using the app version, we recommend switching to the desktop version for adding a new salon location.

  • Alternatively, on the app, you can go to Settings > Account > Account Dashboard, which will redirect you to the web version of your account page. From there, you can manage and change your plan. For more details, please refer to here

Set Up Your Business Location

🖥️ Desktop

  • Once you've added a new location or van to your subscription, go back to Settings > Business.

  • Click on "Add New Business" to complete the setup.

  • Enter the necessary business information:

    • Business name: This will be displayed everywhere, including the landing page, auto messages, receipts, invoices, etc.

    • Contact email: The business contact email that will appear at the bottom of receipts and in the upcoming appointment links sent to clients.

    • Address: The business address shown at the bottom of receipts and in the upcoming appointment links for salon services (Address will be hidden for mobile business).

    • Country: The preset option selected during your MoeGo account signup. Contact support via chat if you need to change it.

    • Website: Add your website URL if you have one!

  • Once done, you can always go back to Settings > Business> Business Details to edit and update business details.

📱App

  • On the app, go to Settings > Business > Business profile

  • Check and confirm business information. You may update it if needed.

Switch Location

📱App

  • If you have multiple business locations, you can switch between them on the app by navigating to Settings > Account.

  • Click on "Switch Location" to select the location you'd like to manage.

  • Click on the location you want to switch to, then click on "Switch" in the pop-up window.

  • After doing so, you'll be able to manage and operate under the selected location.
