The Display Driving Time & Distance feature helps mobile grooming businesses plan routes and schedules more efficiently.
MoeGo automatically calculates the estimated driving time and distance between appointments, helping you:
Plan travel time between appointments
Add buffer time for extra services or breaks
Optimize staff schedules and routes

How to Use Display Driving Time & Distance
🖥️ Desktop
On the desktop version, this feature helps owners and admins manage daily schedules and travel time for their grooming team.
It is available in Daily View and Weekly View on the grooming calendar.
Enable Driving Time & Distance
Open the Grooming Calendar
Click the Route button at the top right of the calendar (next to the Day view buttons)
The system will display driving time and distance:
From the starting location
Between appointments
From the last appointment to the end location
Travel time is calculated using Google Maps historical average data and does not reflect real-time traffic conditions.
Driving Time Indicators
The driving time blocks between appointments will display in different colors.
Grey
Driving time between appointments is sufficient.
Orange
Driving time is insufficient, meaning the travel time between appointments may be too short.
You can hover over the block to see the full driving time and distance details if the calendar block is too small to display the full text.
View Driving Time in Map View
You can also view driving time directly in Map View.
Open Map View
Click Display Driving Time & Distance in the top right corner
Optionally click Route to display the full route path
Driving time and distance will also appear in the timeline below the map, showing travel time between appointments.
📱 App
On the mobile app, groomers can quickly check the driving time and distance between appointments to better plan their day.
Enable Driving Time & Distance
Open Map View or Calendar View
Tap the Route button in the top left corner
Calendar View
Driving time and distance are displayed:
Above each appointment card (for travel from the previous appointment)
Below the last appointment card (for travel to the end location)
Map View
Driving time and distance are displayed as direct lines between appointment locations.

Travel time is calculated using historical average data from Google Maps.
