Route Optimization is a powerful tool designed for mobile grooming businesses.
Using the fastest driving time and shortest driving distance, the MoeGo App helps you automatically rearrange your daily appointments into the most efficient route — saving time, fuel, and operational costs.
Before Using Route Optimization
Please ensure:
The staff member’s working hours are correctly set
The staff member is marked as available on the selected date
The staff member is not marked as off in Shift Management
If the staff is marked as off:
Route optimization may not function properly
The system may incorrectly generate routes at midnight
How to Optimize Your Route
Open the MoeGo App and select the date you want to optimize.
Switch to Map View.
From the top right corner, select the staff member working that day.
Tap the magic wand icon (Optimize) in the bottom right corner.Select a:
Start Point
End Point
These points define your grooming journey for the day.
Tap Next.
Important Notes
Route Optimization rearranges appointments based on the fastest and shortest route, not service duration preferences.
You must have at least 2 stops to proceed.
If not, a red alert will appear:
“You need at least 2 stops to proceed.”
The system will generate an optimized schedule:
The updated appointment order will appear in Calendar View
The optimized route will display on the map for reference
Adjusting the Optimized Schedule
If you need to make manual adjustments (for example, adding buffer time between appointments):
Tap Edit
Drag and drop appointments to adjust time slots
Tap Save to confirm the rearranged schedule
Your updated route will then be saved.
