Importing data from Gingr into MoeGo typically takes about 5 calendar days.
Please submit your data file directly to your Onboarding Specialist to begin the process.
Data Export
We import your information exactly as provided in your export files. To ensure a smooth transition, please review and clean your data before exporting.
Note: Any data you've collected after sending your export files will not be imported to MoeGo.
You can follow the instruction below to export your file manually.
Go to Settings > System and Data > Manage Data, click "Click Here To Backup Your Database" to export the database file.
The Export file will be in .bak format.

Appointment Type: Evaluation appointments from Gingr will import as daycare in MoeGo
Pricing: Gingr doesn’t export pricing, so all services will import at $0. You can update service settings for prices after import.
Booking Status: All non-canceled bookings will import as Unconfirmed, regardless of original status
Tax Mapping: A mapping table will be needed post-import to align services with the correct tax rates
Duplicate Clients: A list of duplicate names (with package details) will be provided for review.
Documents: Signed forms, vaccine records, and photos can transfer only if exportable from Gingr.
