Importing data from Pet Exec into MoeGo typically takes about 8 calendar days.
Please submit your data file directly to your Onboarding Specialist to begin the process.
Data Export
We import your information exactly as provided in your export files. To ensure a smooth transition, please review and clean your data before exporting.
Note: Any data you've collected after sending your export files will not be imported to MoeGo.
You can follow the instruction below to export 1 consolidate zip folder, and manually export 5 extra reports base on your needs for importing corresponding data.
Full Data
Reach out to the Pet Exec support to request full data export files.
You may receive a Zip File from the Pet Exec Support Team.
It typically contains about 26 files, including: All Clients, All Pets, Future Boarding Appointments, Future Daycare Appointments, All Grooming Appointments, All Service list
Pet Code
Go to Menu > Reports > Owner & Pet Reports> Pet Advisory Report.
Click on all of the "Download Spreadsheet" (One code per Spreadsheet).
Client Code
Go to Menu > Reports > Owner & Pet Reports> Owner Advisory Report.
Click on all of the "Download Spreadsheet" (One code per Spreadsheet).
Pet Incidents
Go to Menu > Reports > Owner & Pet Reports> Pet Incident Report.
Select the date range to search
Click "Click here to download the spreadsheet" to download the spreadsheet.
Packages
Packages related data is included in the Zip file from the Petexec support team.
Past Boarding Appointments
Go to Menu > Daycare & Boarding > Boarding Coming and Going.
Select the date range to search
Click "Click here to download the spreadsheet" to download the spreadsheet.
Note: For history boarding appointment, there's no client/pet IDs, and also no feeding, medication notes, etc. Thus, these data will not be imported to MoeGo.
Past Daycare Appointments
Go to Menu > Daycare & Boarding > Daycare Schedule Report.
Select the date range to search
Ticked "Include signed in Pets"
Click "Click here to download the spreadsheet" to download the spreadsheet.
Note: For history boarding appointment, there's no feeding, medication notes, etc. Thus, these data will not be imported to MoeGo.

Tax Rate Mapping: A service mapping table will be required to align Reservation Types / Services with their corresponding tax rates.
Document Transfer: Signed agreements, vaccination files, photos can be transferred only if the documents can be provided.
