All MoeGo system-generated messages are centrally managed under a unified notification framework.

This framework ensures that businesses can deliver consistent, timely, and compliant communication to pet parents through multiple channels, including SMS, email, branded app notifications, and automated phone calls.

To make notification management easier to understand and control, MoeGo categorizes all automated messages into two primary types:

Verification Code

Messages that verify a pet parent’s identity during login or when adding a phone number to their account.

Service-Related Notifications

These deliver important updates throughout the entire service journey—from booking to checkout, payment, reminders, and workflow actions. They support multiple channels depending on message purpose and compliance requirements.

These notifications are triggered by real-time business actions—such as booking, rescheduling, payment, workflow steps, or reminders—and are designed to improve communication accuracy, reduce manual work, and streamline front-desk operations.

Marketing campaign

Marketing Notifications in MoeGo help businesses promote services, encourage repeat bookings, and strengthen customer loyalty through targeted messaging.

Marketing notifications focus on promotional, loyalty, or customer relationship content, not operational updates.

They are typically optional for pet parents and must follow applicable compliance rules, including opt-in and opt-out requirements depending on message channel and region.
