Gain valuable insights into each new pet’s eligibility and readiness for your services. The Evaluation Service feature allows you to assess and manage pets effectively before they enter your care, ensuring safety and a smooth experience for both pets and staff.
Note: The Evaluation Service is currently available only for the Boarding and Daycare modules, and can only be accessed via the web version of MoeGo.
Create an Evaluation Appointment
To schedule an evaluation appointment:
Click the “+” button in the top-right corner.
Select “Create New Evaluation.”
Choose the evaluation service along with the date and time, you can choose to assign staff and lodging if needed.
then click “Book Now” to create the appointment.
Add an Evaluation to a Boarding/Daycare Appointment
When creating a Boarding or Daycare appointment, you’ll be prompted to add an evaluation if it’s required for the selected service.
An alert will appear to remind you to include the evaluation before finalizing the booking, ensuring all pets meet your business’s pre-service requirements.

Manage Evaluation Result
After completing the temperament test or evaluation, you can record the results directly within the appointment.
Open the appointment details for the evaluation.
Select the result — either Pass or Fail — for the evaluation service.
Choose the appropriate pet code and add any notes or observations related to the evaluation.
This ensures each pet’s evaluation status and details are accurately documented and easily accessible for future reference.
Manage Evaluation in Client Profile
In the Client Profile, go to the Pet section and scroll down to view the pet’s evaluation results for each evaluation service.
From here, you can manually adjust the Pass/Fail result if needed.Click “View Evaluation History” to open and review the detailed records of each evaluation.
