Gain valuable insights into each new pet’s eligibility and readiness for your services. The Evaluation Service feature allows you to assess and manage pets effectively before they enter your care, ensuring safety and a smooth experience for both pets and staff.
Note: The Evaluation Service is currently available only for the Boarding and Daycare modules, and can only be accessed via the web version of MoeGo.
Setting Up Your Evaluation Services
To create and configure your Evaluation Services, navigate to: Settings > Service > Evaluation
Add a New Evaluation Service
Click “Add New Evaluation Service” to begin setting up your evaluation.
Basic Information
Evaluation Service Name
Set the internal service name, which will be visible only to your business.
Service Name in Online Booking
Enter the name that will be displayed to clients when they book the evaluation online.
Description
Add a short description that will appear to clients in Online Booking, helping them understand the purpose of the evaluation.
Evaluation Results Validity Period
Define how long a “Pass” result remains valid:
Always Valid: The pass result never expires.
Conditional Validity: Choose to clear the “Pass” result if the pet hasn’t had relevant Boarding/Daycare services for a specified period.
Enter the number of months after which the pass will automatically reset if the pet has not revisited your business.
Status & Color Code
Status: Set the evaluation service as Active or Inactive.
Color Code: Assign a color to help you easily identify this service on your schedule.
Business and Staff
Business
Select which business locations this evaluation service applies to.
Applicable Staff
Specify which staff members are qualified to perform the evaluation.
Auto-Assign Staff for Evaluation Appointments
Enable this option to automatically assign available qualified staff members when clients book evaluation appointments online.Price & Duration

Set up the price, tax, and duration for the evaluation service according to your business needs.
