Subscription Change
1. Upgrade to a higher plan
The upgrade takes effect immediately after a successful payment. The charges will be prorated based on the remaining time on your current plan and the unused time on the previous plan.
For example, if a Mobile Basic account upgrades to Mobile Growth with 15 days left in the billing cycle:
The prorated payment is calculated as:
β$99 * (15/30) (for the new plan) - $49 * (15/30) (for the old plan) = $25.The upgraded SMS quota will be:
β(15/30) * (900 - 200) = 350 SMS.Your next full payment on the billing date will be the standard full amount of $99 with 900 SMS.
Please note: Upgrading from the Growth to the Ultimate plan will not replenish your SMS credits, as both plans offer the same SMS allowance per cycle. However, the Ultimate plan includes Unlimited Auto Messages.
2. Add a new business location/van
The new location or van will become effective immediately after a successful payment. The charge will be prorated based on the remaining billing period.
3. Downgrade to a lower plan
The plan downgrade will take effect from the next billing cycle. The subscription will renew at the new, lower rate on the upcoming renewal date.
