You can configure your regular business hours and add scheduled closure dates, including holidays, to inform your clients of your availability and ensure clear communication about when you're not available.
Setting up your business hours
🖥️ Web version
To update your business hours on the desktop, navigate to Settings > Business
Click on your Business location > Business hours
Toggle on the button next to each specific weekday and you can set up the availble time frame.
You can click on the "Copy" widget to copy the business hours for any day of the week.
You can also create multiple time frames for each specific weekday by clicking on the "+" button to add additional schedules.
📱Mobile app
Navigate to Settings > Businesses > Business hours
Tap the checkbox for the weekdays that your business is open
Tap the "+" sign to add additional hours that day
Click on the time frame to update it as needed
Scroll through the start and end times to set the time frame
Tap Confirm to save changes
The business hours control the hours displayed on your published Online Booking Storefront page.
This does not affect the Online Booking availability for the grooming service or your staff's availability.

Adding Closed Dates and Public Holidays
Closed dates can include custom closure days or holidays. During these dates, staff availability will be shown as not availble on the calendar, and online booking will also be unavailable if your business has online booking enabled.
🖥️ Web version:
Navigate to Settings > Business > Closed dates
Click "Add custom date", you can edit the date range and enter a description.
Click "Edit Public Holidays" to turn on or off your business hours for each holiday.
Toggling the switch on next to a holiday indicates your business will be open that day.
Toggling off means your business will be closed on that holiday.
Select "Year" in the top right corner to adjust the holiday availability for each specific year.
Tips: Closed Date description is for internal reference only.

To set closed dates:
Go to Settings > Business > Closed dates settings
Tap "Add" in the top right corner
Enter start and end dates and a description
To edit holiday availability:
Navigate to Settings > Business > Holiday Availability.
Toggle the button on for holidays if your business will be open.
Toggle the button off for holidays if your business will be closed.
