Embark on a seamless setup journey to getting your account set up with MoeGo Pay in just two simple steps! 🌟

💡 Before we dive in, ensure you have the following documents and information ready:
Your ID (Identity card, passport, or Driver's license) document or photo
Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) document
Your Social Security number
Your banking information
Get Started with MoeGo Pay on the Desktop
Step 1: Identity verification with Stripe
This initial step will need:
Your ID (Identity card, passport, or Driver's license) document or photo
To verify your identity with Stripe, simply:
Go to < Card processing > on the side menu bar
Select < Get Started >
Select < Verify > to start the identity verification process
From there, you will be brought to Stripe for secure identity verification and you will need to select < Agree and Continue >
It will ask you to use your mobile device to scan the QR code, and start scanning your ID to start your verification process.
Submit required documentation to Stripe
Once successful, select < Go back to Moement, Inc >
Step 2: Business verification
Once you have opted to navigate back to MoeGo, you will need to complete your business verification.
This final step will need:
Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) document
Your Social Security number
Your bank routing and account numbers to receive payouts
To complete the business verification, simply:
Select < Verify >
Enter the prompted information
💡Please note: It may take several minutes to verify your business information.
Once it's finished, you're good to go! Build your own in-person checkout with MoeGo Pay. 🎉
After completing the MoeGo Pay setup, click Primary Card Processor in the top-right corner and switch the processor to MoeGo Pay.
Once this is completed, you’re ready to start accepting payments with MoeGo Pay!
Get Started with MoeGo Pay on the App
Step 1: Identity verification with Stripe
This initial step will need:
Your ID (Identity card, passport, or Driver's license) document or photo
To verify your identity with Stripe using the app, simply:
Go to < Settings >
Select < MoeGo Pay >
Select < Get started > then select < Verify > to start your identity verification
Once you are finished, you can go back to set up the Business verification.
Step 2: Business verification
Once you have completed the identity verification, you will need to complete your business verification.
This final step will need:
Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) document
Your Social Security number
Your bank routing and account numbers to receive payouts
To complete the business verification, simply:
Select < Verify >
Enter the prompted information

Once it's finished, you're good to go! Build your own in-person checkout with MoeGo Pay. 🎉
After completing the MoeGo Pay setup:
Navigate to Settings → Payments
Change the Primary Credit Card Processor to MoeGo Pay
Once this is completed, you’re ready to start accepting payments with MoeGo Pay.
Purchase Hardware
Click < purchase hardware > if you'd like to shop for readers and accessories to build your own in-person checkout with MoeGo Point-of-Sale!
