Access the Lodging View calendar to easily manage and get a clear overview of pets staying for Boarding and Daycare.
This view helps you track arrivals and departures, monitor occupancy, and stay on top of daily lodging operations—all in one centralized calendar.
Accessing the Lodging View
To navigate to the Lodging View, click the calendar icon in the left menu bar, then select Lodgings.
The Lodging View displays appointments on a weekly basis, with an option to switch to a 2-week view for extended planning.
View the real-time occupancy status of each lodging room.
Organize your lodgings by room types, such as Standard, Deluxe, Cat Rooms, or Play Areas, to better manage space and client preferences.
Move your cursor over any room category (such as Standard, Deluxe, or Cat Rooms) to view the occupancy rate for that category.
Clicking on a room category will hide that category, providing a cleaner view when needed.
Hover your cursor over any date to see the occupancy rate and the number of pets for that specific date.
Collapse and expand categories to easily see the overall occupancy of lodgings at a glance.
The Lodging View will also show you which pet is in each room and their duration of stay, giving you a real-time snapshot of your facility's occupancy.
Appointment in the Lodging View
Drag and Drop Appointments: Easily reschedule by dragging appointments to a new date or lodging unit.
Adjust Stay Duration: Extend or shorten a pet’s boarding period by pulling the duration bar.
