The Online Booking Settings allow you to control how customers access your online booking experience. From this page, you can publish or unpublish your Storefront, enable or disable online booking, and manage the links and integrations that drive customers to book with you.
Accessing Online Booking Settings
Navigate to Online Booking > Settings > Overview.
On this page, you can:
View your Storefront URL
See the displayed business name and logo
Click View Live Site to open your Storefront as customers see it
Publish & Booking Controls
Click Options to manage the availability of your Storefront and online booking.
Publish / Unpublish Site
Controls whether your online booking Storefront is publicly accessible.
Published: Customers can access your Storefront page
Unpublished:
Customers cannot access your Storefront
Online booking is unavailable
Embedded pages and generated QR codes will not work
Enable / Disable Online Booking
Controls whether customers can book appointments online.
Enabled:
Customers can book appointments online
The “Book Now” button is displayed
Disabled:
Customers can still view your Storefront
Online booking is unavailable
The “Book Now” button changes to “Contact us to book”
Go to Business Settings
Takes you to Business Settings, where you can update:
Business name and contact details
Operating hours
Other core business information displayed on your Storefront
Multiple Locations
If your account has multiple business locations, you can switch between locations directly from the Overview page to manage online booking settings for each location individually.
Link Tools
Link Tools help you share and promote your online booking experience across different channels.
Business QR Code
Click Get QR Code to generate a scannable QR code that links directly to your online booking experience.
This is ideal for:
In-store signage
Printed materials
Social media or digital marketing
You can customize the QR code using a holiday theme or a specific theme color, based on the theme selected for your booking site (configured in the Booking Site section).
Book Now Link
Use this link to send customers directly to the booking flow, bypassing the Storefront page.
Embed on Your Website
Click Get Code to generate the HTML embed code for your Storefront or booking page. You can add this code to your website to create a seamless online booking experience for your customers.
Membership Link
Click Copy Link to share a direct link for customers to purchase memberships online.
Note: This option is available only if you have Memberships enabled for online booking and MoeGo Pay set up. Please refer more details about membership here.
Package Link
Click Copy Link to share a direct link for customers to purchase prepaid service packages.
Note: This option is available only if you have Package enabled for online booking purchase and MoeGo Pay set up. Please refer more details about package here.
Online Booking Integrations
MoeGo integrates with third-party tools to help you track performance and increase bookings.
Google Analytics Integration
Connect Google Analytics to monitor and analyze your online booking performance.

Reserve with Google
As the first platform in the pet industry to offer this integration, MoeGo allows you to add a “Book Online” button to your Google Business Profile and other Google Search and Maps listings.
When customers click this button, they’re redirected to your MoeGo Online Booking site to schedule an appointment.
