Your Storefront is a dynamic landing page that showcases your business and includes a prominent “Book Now” button, allowing customers to start booking instantly. Customize your page to reflect your brand and highlight what makes your business unique.

How Your Online Landing Page Is Structured

Your online landing page is made up of two main groups of components that work together to showcase your business and support online booking.

1️⃣ Business & Service Information

This section highlights the essential details customers need to book with confidence, including:

  • Business name

  • Opening hours

  • Contact information

  • Social media links

  • Book now button

  • Membership

  • Services you choose to make available for online booking

2️⃣ Customizable Display Components

This section allows you to personalize your landing page and highlight what makes your business unique. Available components include:

  • Business location map (for salon businesses)

  • Service area map (for mobile businesses)

  • Photo gallery

  • Before & after showcase

  • Amenities and accepted payment methods

  • Team highlights

  • Customer reviews

Together, these components help you create a professional, engaging landing page that informs customers and encourages them to book online.

How to Access Online Booking Storefront Settings

Navigate to: Online Booking → Settings → Booking Site

From here, you can control how your online booking storefront looks and what information is shown to customers.

You can also switch location to manage storefront set up for each of your business location.


Theme Color

Set your storefront’s primary color.
This color is applied across your online booking pages to match your brand.


Embed Custom CSS & JavaScript (Advanced)

If you need advanced customization—such as custom fonts, colors, or advertising/analytics trackers—you can embed custom CSS and JavaScript.

This feature is available in Ultimate Plan.

Important notes:

  • This feature is provided by MoeGo.

  • Implementation requires a third-party web developer hired by your business.

  • MoeGo does not write or troubleshoot custom code.

Storefront Page Components

Under Page Components, you can choose which sections appear on your storefront.
Uncheck any component to hide it from your online booking page.

Storefront Gallery

Showcase photos of pets, your facility, or your mobile van to attract customers.

How to manage:
Click Manage under the Gallery section.

Image requirements:

  • Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9

  • Max file size: 20MB

  • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, svg, webp

About us

Use the About Us section to:

  • Introduce your business

  • Share notes for new or existing clients

  • Set expectations before booking

This content appears at the top of your storefront page.

Business Info

Business details on your storefront are automatically synced from your Business Settings.

You can choose to display:

  • Business hours

  • Contact information

  • Business address

To edit these details, click Go to settings, which takes you to:
Settings → Business

From there, you can manage:

  • Business hours

  • Contact email and phone number

  • Business Address

  • Business Logo

Display behavior:

  • Logo and address appear on the storefront

  • Contact email and phone number appear as customer contact info

Social Media Links

Social media links added under Settings → Business → Online Presence appear as clickable icons under the About Us section of your storefront.

Service Menu List

Services shown on your storefront are synced from your Online Booking Services.

To manage which services and prices appear, go to:
Online Booking → Settings → Services

Business Service Area (Mobile Businesses Only)

If you operate a mobile van business, your service area can be displayed as a map on the storefront.

Setup path:
Settings → Business → Service Area

On the storefront:

  • Customers can enter their ZIP code under “Am I in the service area?”

  • The system checks whether their location is covered

Before and After Showcase

Highlight grooming results with interactive before-and-after images.

Customers can drag the slider to see the transformation.

Image requirements:

  • Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9

  • Max file size: 20MB

  • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, svg, webp

Select applicable features to display on your storefront.

Business Features

  • Accept walk-ins

  • Cage-free

  • Dog playground

Payment Options

  • Cash only

  • Accept credit cards

  • Deposit required

Team Highlights

Showcase your groomers and staff on the storefront.

For each highlighted team member, you can include:

  • A short introduction

  • Custom tags (skills, personality, specialties)

  • Optional Instagram link

Review

Display selected customer comments to build trust.

How it works:

  • Choose reviews based on star ratings

  • Reorder reviews as needed

  • Optionally display showcase photos

Photo source:
Showcase photos come from the “after” photo in grooming report cards shared with customers.

Important note:
Only comment reviews from report cards are supported.
Standalone star ratings from Review Booster messages are not currently supported.

Welcome page message

The Book Now Page is where customers start their online booking journey.

Use the Welcome Page Message to:

  • Share important instructions

  • Set expectations before booking

  • Communicate policies or reminders

This message appears before customers begin the booking flow.
