With quick access tools and real-time insights, you can stay organized and make smarter decisions to grow your bookings.

How to Access the Online Booking Dashboard
From the left menu bar, click: Online Booking
This will take you to your Online Booking Dashboard.
If you operate multiple locations, you can switch locations at the top to view booking activity and requests for each location separately.

You can also review key booking performance metrics to understand trends and optimize your strategy.
Online Booking Request Stats
At a glance, youβll see a summary of your booking activity.
Overview (Time Range Filter)
Select a time range to update the displayed metrics:
Last 30 Days
Last 14 Days
Last 7 Days
This filter applies to the three key metrics below.
Unique Visitors
Shows the total number of clients who visited your booking site during the selected period. Also includes a comparison to the previous period.
Example:
If you select βLast 30 Days,β the system compares it to the 30 days prior.
This metric helps you measure booking page traffic and marketing effectiveness.
Requests Submitted
Shows:
The number of successfully submitted booking requests
The expected revenue from those bookings
A comparison to the previous period
This gives you a clear view of booking conversion performance and revenue impact.
Abandoned Requests
Shows the number of booking attempts that were started but not submitted during the selected time range.
Includes a comparison to the previous period.
You can click View Abandoned Bookings to quickly access the detailed abandoned list and follow up with clients.
Abandoned Booking Stats
This section focuses specifically on abandoned booking performance.
Overview (Time Range Options)
Last 30 Days
Last 14 Days
Last 7 Days
Abandoned
Total number of incomplete booking requests within the selected time range.
Recovered
Number of abandoned bookings that were later successfully scheduled.
This helps measure the effectiveness of follow-ups or automation.
Recovered Revenue
The total service revenue generated from recovered bookings. (Total Service price only)
Important:
Currently, recovered revenue only includes grooming services
It also includes Boarding/Daycare appointments that have grooming serviceattached
Full Boarding/Daycare revenue tracking is not yet fully supported
Online Booking on the MoeGo App
The MoeGo mobile app provides limited Online Booking functionality.
For full configuration access, use the desktop version.
Manage Settings on the App
On the app, go to:
Settings β Premium Settings β Online Booking
From here, you can:
Share your online booking URL
Choose a theme and share your business QR code
View your booking site
Enable or disable online booking
Adjust automation settings
Click Go to Web Version to access full settings
Manage Booking Requests & Abandoned Bookings on App
Navigate to the Notifications section, click on "Online Booking", or "Abandoned Booking".
From notification> online booking section, you can:
View Online Booking stats
Review booking requests
Manage waitlist entries
From notification> abandoned booking section, you can:
View abandoned booking list
manage schedule recover message
Follow up on abandoned requests
Note:
Date range adjustments (Last 7 / 14 / 30 Days) are not available in the app
The app displays stats for the last 30 days by default
