How to find previously sent report cards

Look up a pet’s reports and check their care dates, last sent times, and sending channels.

Written by Marina

Report cards provide a record of the updates your team shares with pet parents. Use report history when a client asks about a previous visit or you need to check whether an update was sent.

These steps cover MoeGo Business Web.

Find reports from the client profile

  1. Open Client & Pet.

  2. Select the client profile.

  3. Open Pet.

  4. Select the relevant pet’s report records.

  5. Find the report: Check its date and type.

  6. Select View to open it.

Read the report information

Field

What to check

Report date

The visit or care date the report describes

Report type

Whether you are looking at the correct service’s update

Last sent time

When the report was most recently sent

Sending channel

Whether SMS or email was used

A report’s care date and last sent time can be different. For example, staff might send Monday’s care update on Tuesday.

Find sent boarding and daycare reports

  1. Open Home > Report Card.

  2. Select Sent.

  3. Filter by the care date and report type you need.

  4. Open the matching report.

If you cannot find a report

  1. Check the pet and service: A Grooming report and a Boarding report cover different care, even within the same booking.

  2. Check the care-date filter: Do not search only by the day the report was sent.

  3. Check Draft for Boarding or Daycare: The update may have been saved without being sent.

  4. Contact MoeGo Support if the report is still missing. Include the appointment, care date, report type, and sending channel if known.

FAQ

Q: Does a sent record mean the pet parent read the report?
A: No. The sending record does not confirm that the pet parent opened or read it.

Q: Can I correct a previously sent report?
A: For Grooming, reopen the report, make the correction, and use Send Again. See the Grooming guide. Do not use those steps as a guide to Boarding or Daycare resend behavior.
