How to choose a report card theme

💎 Growth and above: Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas report-card themes require Growth or above for Grooming, Boarding, and Daycare.

Report Cards themselves are available on all plans.

A theme changes the visual appearance of a report card. Use it to give your pet parents’ updates an everyday or seasonal look.

Choose a default in your template settings, or use the appearance options available on an individual report.

Available themes

Theme availability can differ by report type and plan. Changing the theme does not unlock additional report sections or custom questions.

Set your template’s appearance on Web

Open Settings > Report Card.
Select the care type: Choose Grooming, Boarding, or Daycare.
Expand Design your brand style.
Select Appearance.
Choose an available theme.
Review the preview: Check the available SMS and Email views.
Select Test to check the presentation using the available test option.
Select Save and Publish.

Theme color and Appearance are separate settings. Select a theme under Appearance when you want a different illustrated design.

Choose an appearance for one report

Open the pet’s report.
Open its appearance selector
Select an eligible theme.
Preview the report before sending.

Check the appearance on the report you are about to send, including any existing draft. Do not assume a template change has updated every report.

Limitations

The template-setup steps above are for MoeGo Business Web.
Boarding and Daycare holiday appearances are supported on Business Web and Business App. This does not establish the same controls in the MoeGo Team App.

Q: Why can’t I see a theme?
A: Check the report type and the availability table above. If your plan qualifies but the theme is missing, contact MoeGo Support with the report type and whether you are using Web or the Business App.
