Online Booking Automation helps you streamline how booking requests and profile updates are handled — whether you prefer full automation or manual review.
You can choose to automatically accept booking requests, automatically approve profile updates, or manage everything manually based on your business needs.
How to Set Up Automation
🖥️ Desktop
To configure automation settings on desktop:
Go to Online Booking from the right-side menu.
Click Automation in the top-right corner.
Select the applicable care type (Boarding, Daycare, or Grooming).
Choose your preferred automation option.
📱 App
To configure automation settings on the app:
Go to Settings from the side menu.
Select Online Booking.
Tap Automation.
Choose your automation type.
Note: On the app, automation settings are only available for Grooming services.
Automation Options
Boarding & Daycare
Under the Boarding or Daycare section, you can enable:
Auto-accept online booking requests
All client booking requests will be automatically accepted.
No requests will appear in the Booking Request List.
Accepted appointments will immediately display on your Lodging Calendar and Home View.
Grooming
Under the Grooming section, you can choose from the following options:
1️⃣ Auto-accept all requests and profile updates
The system automatically accepts all booking requests.
Any updated client or pet information submitted during booking will also be automatically approved.
2️⃣ Auto-accept requests without profile updates
Requests without profile changes will be automatically accepted.
If a client updates their profile information during booking, the request will appear in the Booking Request List for manual review.
You can review and approve updated information before accepting the request.
3️⃣ Auto-move booking requests to waitlist after 48 hours
No requests are automatically accepted.
You must manually review and accept booking requests and profile updates.
Any request not accepted within 48 hours will automatically move to the Waitlist.
4️⃣ No automation
All booking requests and profile updates must be reviewed and managed manually.
Nothing will be automatically accepted or moved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does all updated information need to be reviewed by the business owner?
Not necessarily.
New information (such as missing details or updated vaccine records) will automatically update in the client or pet profile.
The system will only highlight conflicting information submitted by the client. You can then review and decide whether to accept the changes.
If I turn on auto-accept for all requests, can I still identify which appointments came from Online Booking?
Yes.
You can:
Check the Update History within the specific appointment to see if it was created via Online Booking.
View the Appointment List Report and filter by Created By to identify appointments created through Online Booking or by specific staff members.
