Every intake form includes a Marketing Policy toggle that helps you stay compliant when collecting client information.
Once the form is submitted, MoeGo automatically saves the client’s consent preferences and applies them across all marketing messages.

Where the Marketing Policy Option Appears

If you use intake forms to collect client information, you’ll find a Marketing Policy option in the form builder.

  1. Go to the Intake Form.

  2. Create or edit a form.

  3. Locate the Marketing Policy toggle (Default ON).

⚠️ Important: Always keep the Marketing Policy toggle ON to stay compliant. Turning it off may cause violations under CAN-SPAM or TCPA.

How Consents Are Stored

  • Their marketing consent is automatically recorded.

  • MoeGo updates its notification preferences accordingly.

💡 Each new submission overrides the previous preference, so the latest response always applies.
