The MoeGo phone number not only allows you to send messages to your clients but also offers call forwarding options. You can forward incoming calls to other numbers that suit your needs.
Additionally, MoeGo's auto call response feature enables you to either redirect calls to your business line or set up an auto-reply message to inform customers of what to expect. This ensures smoother communication and helps you avoid missing potential customers.
Set Up Phone Call Forwarding
Please note: This Call Forwarding setting is only available under the App version.
On the App version, navigate to Settings > Business > MoeGo Phone Number.
Toggle on "Call forwarding" and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
Toggle on "Reply message" and click "Edit message" to set your auto-reply template.
Finally, click "Save" to apply your settings.
Please note: Calls forwarded by MoeGo will be limited to 10 minutes.

Is there any extra charge for forwarding the calls?
No, although this is a service of our provider on a paying basis, MoeGo doesn't charge you for that.
Does it support countries other than the US?
The call-forwarding feature for MoeGo phone numbers is available in the US and Canada only.
Do I need to set up the reply message as well?
We recommend you set up the auto-reply. Make sure to include your online booking or intake form link in the auto-reply, so your customer can self-help!
How long will the forwarded call last?
The forwarded call will end after 10 minutes.
