đŸŸ Introducing the Digital Interactive Report Card

Reimagine how you connect with your customers. The Digital Interactive Report Card is designed to elevate every step of your personalized customer experience—turning each visit into a moment of transparency, engagement, and trust.

Customize your Report Card Template (Desktop only)

Your Report Card is fully customizable — design it to reflect your brand and highlight what matters most to your business. Choose what information you’d like to share with customers, and set a report name and the theme color that matches your style.

  • To edit your template, simply navigate to: Desktop > Settings > Report Card

  • From there, you can adjust your layout, content, and appearance anytime.

1. Enable or Disable a Section

Every business has its own approach to customer engagement.
You can easily toggle entire sections on or off to include or remove them from your report card — allowing you to tailor the content to your preferred workflow and customer communication style.

2. Design Your Brand Style

Under the “Design Your Brand Style” section, you can customize the report title and overall appearance to reflect your brand.

  • For Grooming Reports:
    Choose from a variety of holiday themes or use the default theme, then adjust the theme color to match your brand.

  • For Boarding or Daycare Reports:
    You can also personalize the report title and theme color. (Holiday themes are not available for these report types at the moment.)

3. Show Case/ Highlights

  • For Grooming Reports:
    Add before-and-after photos to visually showcase each pet’s transformation. This gives customers a clear comparison and highlights the quality of your grooming service.

  • For Boarding & Daycare Reports:
    Use the Highlights section to upload photos or videos that capture special moments during a pet’s stay — allowing clients to see how their pets are doing while they’re away.

4. Customize Fields and Options

Each section of the report can be tailored to fit your business needs. You can add your own custom questions or modify existing options to better match your workflow and customer communication style.

Grooming Report

Service Detail

  • Keep pet parents informed about the specific services performed during each grooming session—building transparency and trust in their pet’s care.

  • This section is displayed by default. You can also choose whether or not to display the staff name.

Overall Feedback

  • Record and share insights about each pet’s mood, preferences, and sensitivities to create a more personalized and comfortable experience.

  • You can customize the feedback titles (e.g., “How did it go?” or “Pet’s Mood”) and either use the system-provided options or add your own custom options to fit your style.

Custom Feedback

  • Create your own questions and select the question type to gather additional feedback based on your specific needs. This allows full flexibility in how you capture and present client information.

Pet Condition

  • Document and communicate any observations or changes in a pet’s health, skin, or coat condition to ensure attentive and consistent care.
    You can edit existing conditions or add new ones (such as coat, skin, ears, etc.), and customize the options available for each condition.

Next Appointment

  • Make it effortless for customers to view their next appointment or book again, helping you build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
    You can choose to display either the date and time or just the date of the next appointment.

    If no upcoming appointment is scheduled, an online booking link will automatically appear on the report, prompting clients to schedule their next visit.

Review Booster

  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave a rating and share feedback directly within the report, helping you strengthen your online reputation and attract new clients.

  • When a client submits their rating and comment, the feedback is stored in the MoeGo system and displayed on your online booking storefront.

  • You can also include review site links (such as Yelp, Google, or Facebook), which appear as small clickable icons at the end of the report. Clients can use these links to leave reviews on external platforms.

  • The links displayed here are automatically synced with your Review Booster settings. Any updates you make within the report will be reflected in the Review Booster configuration as well.

Boarding & Daycare Report

The Boarding & Daycare Report currently includes two customizable sections: Overall Feedback and Custom Feedback.

Overall Feedback

  • Customize feedback titles (e.g., “How did it go?” or “Pet’s Mood”) and choose from system-provided options or create your own custom options to match your preferred communication style.

Custom Feedback

  • Add your own questions and select the question type to collect additional insights based on your business needs—offering full flexibility in how you capture and share client information.


Test and Save Your Report Card Template

Before finalizing your template, you can preview and test it to ensure everything looks just right.

  • Click the “Test” button in the top-right corner to send yourself a preview via SMS or email.

  • For Grooming Reports, you can also preview the groomer edit mode to see how it appears when staff fill it out.

  • While customizing, use the right-side preview panel to quickly switch between email view and SMS view.

  • Once you’re satisfied with the setup, click “Save and Publish” to apply your changes and make your template live.


How to send out Report Card

đŸ–„ïž Desktop:

  • Open the appointment details and click on “Grooming Report” or “Daycare/Boarding Report” to access the report card for a specific pet.

  • Upload photos, view and fill in feedback, and complete other relevant sections.

  • Add any pet condition notes you’d like to share with the client.

  • You can save a draft at any time to continue editing later.

  • For grooming reports, click “Preview” to review how the report will look to the client.

  • Once everything looks good, click “Send” to share the report link directly with your client via SMS or email.

Boarding & Daycare Report Bulk Send

For Boarding & Daycare appointments, you can easily bulk send multiple reports from the Home page.

  • Go to your Home section and click the “Report Card” button in the top-right corner.

  • Here under "Draft", you can view and manage all Boarding and Daycare Report Cards from today or the past 7 days that have been saved as drafts.

  • Click on any individual report card to edit its content before sending.

  • Select specific reports or choose “Select All” to bulk send them to clients at once.

  • You can also view already sent reports under "Sent" and click on any card to open and review the details.

Step 1: Enter your feedback

  • Open the appointment details and tap “Grooming Report” or “Report Card” under the grooming or boarding/daycare appointment to access the report for a specific pet.

  • Upload photos or videos, and add your feedback comments as needed.

Step 2: Preview and Send Your Report

  • Tap “Preview” to view the report exactly as your client will see it.

  • Once you’re satisfied, send the report link directly to your client via SMS or email.


Manage Historical Report Cards in Client Profile (Desktop)

To view a client’s past report cards:

  1. Go to the Client & Pet section and search for the desired client.

  2. Open the client profile, then scroll to the Pet section.

  3. At the bottom, you’ll find a list of all sent report card records.

  • Each record displays the report date, report type, last sent date and time, and whether it was sent via SMS or email.

  • Click “View” to open the report card in a new window and review the full report.


Checkout Reviews and Feedback (desktop)

You can view all customer feedback collected through both the Review Booster and Grooming Reports in the “Reviews” section under Review Booster on desktop.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send the grooming report via email?

  • Yes. When sending a report card, you can choose to send it via SMS or email.
    Please note that the Review Booster feature is not included for Boarding and Daycare reports, and is also not available in email reports.

What if I want to update information after the report has been sent?

  • You can reopen the grooming report at any time to make updates or corrections.
    After editing, simply click “Send Again”, and your client will receive the updated version of the report.

What happens to drafted report cards if I update my template?

  • When you re-enter a saved draft after updating your template, you’ll be prompted to confirm whether you’d like to apply the new template.
    Once confirmed, the system will automatically merge the updated structure into your draft.

If I enable review integration with the grooming report, will it pause the Review Booster?

  • No. The Review Booster will continue to work normally and will not be affected by the grooming report integration.

Where are the reviews displayed? Can they be synced with Google Reviews?

  • Reviews submitted through grooming reports are displayed on your Online Booking landing page, as long as the client includes written feedback along with their star rating.

  • Currently, report card reviews cannot be synced or posted to third-party platforms such as Google Reviews, Yelp, or Facebook.
