How To Create A Marketing Campaign
Please note: The Marketing Campaign is available on the desktop only.
Step 1: Choose a template or start from scratch
< Marketing > in the navigation bar.
Go to the < Email campaigns > tab.
Click on < Create email > on the marketing campaigns page.
Select a built-in template or create a blank canvas based on your needs.
Step 2: Customize and personalize your email content
Create your personalized email effortlessly with these features:
Enter your email subject: Write a compelling subject line.
Customize the email content: Input your text and style it as you like!
Insert or edit images: Upload images and adjust their width and height.
Add emojis: Search or select emojis to enhance your message.
Create custom buttons: Edit button text, input or select URLs, and customize background and text colors.
Insert or edit links: Input URLs or choose from your link list, and decide whether they open in a new window or the current window.
Add highlight sections: Customize background and text colors to draw attention.
Insert personalization variables: Use variables such as your business name, customer’s name, upcoming appointment link, or membership link for a more personalized touch.
Upload attachments: Attach files to your email for sharing additional information.
Step 3: Select the recipients
MoeGo offers advanced filtering options to help you effortlessly and flexibly select your campaign recipients. These filters include:
Client Status: Active, Inactive, Lapsed, and more
Client Type: New, Recurring, or Existing clients
Preferred Business: Locations the client frequently visits
Client Tag: Custom tags associated with clients
Client Created From: Source or origin of client creation
Pet Vaccination Status: Expired, no record
…and more, enabling precise targeting for your marketing campaigns.
Step 4: Send or schedule to send
Preview and send a test email to review your message and ensure everything looks perfect.
Once satisfied, you can choose to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
Please note:
Test Email will only display the actual value for the variables {storeName} and {businessAddress}.
The {customer name} will display as “CUSTOMER NAME”.
Link parameters like: {upcoming appointment link}, etc, will still display the variable parameter instead of a real link.
Step 5: Save Draft (Optional)
You can click on "Edit Campaign," "Select Recipients," or other relevant options at any time to return to a previous step and modify your email content or recipient settings whenever needed.
If you need more time to edit your email content later and want to save your work as a draft, click on < Create Campaign > or navigate to other sections like < Calendar >.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to save your draft.
Simply select < Save as Draft > to preserve your progress.
View Marketing Campaign List
Campaign records are accessible in the marketing campaigns list, which includes three statuses: Sent, Scheduled, and Draft.
View Report: Analyze your past campaigns with metrics such as open rate, click rate, and new bookings.
Reschedule: Easily modify the send date and time of your scheduled campaigns.
Edit: Continue editing the content of a draft campaign.
Duplicate: Quickly replicate existing email content to reuse for the same or similar campaigns.
Delete or Cancel: Remove a draft or cancel a scheduled campaign effortlessly.
View Marketing Campaign Performance Report
Our campaign report provides several metrics to help you evaluate your campaign’s effectiveness:
Sent: Review the delivery status, including the number of successful deliveries, failures, and pending messages.
Opened: See how many clients have opened your email. (Tip: The best engagement times are typically between 11 A.M. and noon, and again at 6-7 P.M.)
Clicked: Identify which clients clicked links in your email, indicating engagement and interest, which can inform your future campaign strategies.
Replied: Track client responses to your email. Click "View Reply" to see detailed reply content.
Bookings: Monitor appointments scheduled within two weeks after recipients receive your campaign, including both online booking requests and manually scheduled appointments.
To access reports, go to Marketing > Email campaigns > Email campaign list
Select < View Report > under the Action column of the specific campaign records.
You can click on each performance section, like "Clicked", "Replied," to view the detailed recipients list.

How are campaign credits consumed?
The campaign credits are consumed based on the recipient number.
Recipient count | Use credit number |
0-200 | 1 credit |
201-500 | 2 credits |
501-1000 1001-1500 … | 4 credits 6 credits 2 credits will be added for every 500 recipients. |
What are the available credits for each plan?
Growth and Ultimate plans have a default campaign credit in every subscription cycle.
The credit will be renewed on the subscription billing date.
Growth: 10 credits
Ultimate: 15 credits
Can I purchase campaign credits when I run out of credits in my current subscription cycle?
Yes, you can purchase campaign credits!
The price for campaign credits is $15 per 10 credits.
Additionally, purchased campaign credits have no usage time limitation. The unused amount will roll over to the next month.
Why are some clients showing as failed in the sent list?
The most common reason is that the email address is not available. Please confirm with your client that the email address is up to date.
