You can set up and manage your services so both you and your clients can schedule appointments appropriately.

Adding new grooming services
🖥️ Web version:
Navigate to Settings > Services
Click on the Boarding, Daycare or Grooming depending on which care type you're adding the service to) if applicable
Click Add new service
📱Mobile app:
Navigate to Settings > Services
Tap the orange + > New service
Please note, only Grooming services can be added through the mobile app at this time
Settings
Basic Info
Service name: The name of the service that is visible to the business and your clients.
Category: Which category this service will be listed under for both your business and clients.
Description: Describes the service to your clients and is visible through your storefront and through the online booking page.
Status: Indicates if your service is active or inactive- if a service is marked inactive, it will not be visible to you or clients when creating appointments.
Color code: Can be used to color code on the calendar or the appointment card- not visible to clients.
Available Business & Staff
Business: If you have multiple businesses, you can indicate which businesses this service is offered at.
Staff: Indicates which staff can do this particular service. This is only for business-side appointment scheduling.
To set this up for online booking, please go to Online Booking > Settings > Services. You can visit [LINK] for more information on this.
Price & Duration
Price: The price of this service.
Tax: The tax rate of this service- not visible to clients when booking, but will be listed on the invoice. Tax rate options are determined by what's set up under Settings > General settings > Tax.
Duration: The amount of time of the service, which will affect how long an appointment will be scheduled for.
Advanced options for business & staff: Ability to set a custom price and duration for staff members as needed. Will override the default price and duration when a particular staff is assigned to the service.
Pet details
Type & Breed: Indicates which pet type and breeds this service is for. Choose between:
All types and breeds-all pet types
Customize - select pet type (dog, cat etc.), and specific breeds within that pet type
Weight: Indicates what pet size(s) this service is for. Choose between:
Full range- all sizes
Customize- select specific pet size(s)
Coat type: Indicates what coat type(s) this service is for. Choose between:
All coat types- all coat types
Selected coat types- select specific coat type(s)
The options for pet type, breed, size and coat type are dictated by what's under Settings > Clients & pets. For more information on setting these up, visit [LINK].
Editing, duplicating or deleting grooming services
🖥️ Web version:
Navigate to Settings > Services
Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the service and click Edit/Duplicate/Delete as needed
📱Mobile app:
Navigate to Settings > Service
Tap the service that you want to edit
Toggle active/inactive off as needed
Duplicating services is not available on the mobile app
Managing categories to sort your grooming services
🖥️ Web version:
Navigate to Settings > Services > Grooming
Click Edit Category
Click +Add new category to add a new one
Drag and drop the vertical dots to the left of the categories to rearrange the categories
Click the text box field to change the name of the category
Click the trash can icon to delete a category
When you delete a category, services under that category will move to Uncategorized
Click Save to apply changes
📱Mobile app:
Navigate to Settings > Services
Tap Categories
Tap the orange + icon to add a new category
Drag and drop the horizontal line icons to the right of the categories to rearrange the categories
Tap Edit and then the red - icon to delete a category
Tap the category to edit its name and tap Save to apply changes
