How to share team updates with Note board

Post shift handoff reminders, keep important updates visible, and review shared notes from your facility’s homepage.

Note board gives your team a shared place for operational updates that need to carry over between shifts. Use it for a schedule change, a front-desk reminder, or information the next shift needs to know.

You can open the board from Home, post an update, and pin important notes so they remain easy to find.

Permissions: Go to Settings > Staff > Role permission > Manage note board.

Manager can create, edit, delete, pin and unpin notes at accessible locations.

Open Note board

  1. Click Home: Open the homepage in MoeGo on the web.

  2. Select your location: Check that you are viewing the facility whose notes you want to read.

  3. Click Note board: Expand the panel on the right side of the page.

Each note shows its author and the time it was posted. Click Collapse when you want to close the panel.

Post a note

  1. Click Add note: Open the new-note window.

  2. Enter your update: Type the information your team needs in Content.

  3. Click Post: Share the note with authorized staff at your facility.

For example: “Tomorrow’s opening shift: delivery arrives at 8 a.m. Please clear the front desk.”

Pin an important note

Pin a note when your team needs to keep it in view across shifts.

  1. Hover over the note: Display its available actions.

  2. Click Pin: Keep the note prominent on the board.

To remove the emphasis, hover over the pinned note and click Unpin.

Note: Pinning highlights a note. It does not confirm that other staff have read it or completed the work it describes.

Edit a note

  1. Hover over the note: Display its available actions.

  2. Click Edit: Open the note for editing.

  3. Update Content: Make the changes your team needs.

  4. Click Save: Save your changes.

Review archived notes

  1. Click View archived notes: Find this at the bottom of the Note board panel.

  2. Review the notes: Use the author and posting time to identify the update you need.

  3. Click the back arrow: Return to the active board.

Delete a note

Important: Deleting a note removes it for everyone. The supplied confirmation dialog states that this cannot be undone.

  1. Hover over the note: Display its available actions.

  2. Click Delete: Review the confirmation message.

  3. Click Delete again: Permanently remove the note.
