Appointment reports show data based on the appointment date. They cover appointment-based sales only — retail, packages, and memberships are not included in these reports.
There are four appointment reports, one for each service type. Each is designed for a different care type, so you can analyze grooming, boarding, and daycare activity separately.
Grooming Appointment Summary Report
The Grooming Appointment Summary Report gives you a totals view of grooming appointment activity — volume, sales, and booking behavior — grouped by the dimension you choose.
Use it to track overall grooming performance and spot trends across periods.

Grooming Appointment List Report
The Grooming Appointment List Report shows a detailed row-level list of every grooming appointment. Use it when you need to look up specific appointments, check grooming report status, or filter by staff, service, or booking source.

Average Review Score | The review score received for the appointment, from Review Booster or Grooming Report submissions. |
Other columns include: Booking ID, client name, appointment date, status, services, gross sales, phone number, grooming report sent (Yes/No), created date, created by, address, service charges, estimated duration, check-in/check-out datetime, client ID, pet name, net sales, and pet type.
Boarding Appointment List Report
The Boarding Appointment List Report shows a detailed list of every boarding appointment. Data is based on the start date (check-in date) of the boarding stay.
Use it to review boarding revenue per stay, check occupancy, or verify check-in and check-out details.
Columns include: Booking ID, start date, end date, number of nights, lodgings, check-in datetime, client name, pet name, services, add-ons, service charges, gross sales, net sales, boarding / grooming / add-on / product net sales, fees, tax, tips, status, payment status, created date, source, created by, business name, average review score, and client ID.
Daycare Appointment List Report
The Daycare Appointment List Report shows a detailed list of every daycare appointment. Data is based on the start date.
Use it to review daycare revenue, track attendance, and filter by lodging area or status.
Columns include: Booking ID, start date, client name, pet name, daycare net sales, lodgings/areas, check-in datetime, check-out datetime, phone, pet breed, services, add-ons, service charges, products, gross sales, net sales, grooming / add-on / product net sales, fees, tax, tips, status, payment status, created datetime, source, created by, business name, average review score, and client ID.
