MoeGo Pay combines the tip selection and signature into a single screen during checkout. By default, the signature field is not shown. You can enable it in your tipping settings so clients can sign at the same time they select a tip amount.
Enable signature on the tipping screen
Open the MoeGo app and go to Settings > MoeGo Pay > Tipping Settings
Tap Signature
Toggle on Enable Signature

How the tipping screen looks after enabling
Once Enable Signature is turned on, clients will see the tip options and a signature field on the same screen during checkout.
This combined view applies to:
Reader M2 (Bluetooth reader)
Tap to Pay on iPhone
A few things to know about how this screen works:
No tip amount is pre-selected by default. The client must actively choose a tip to proceed.
The Finish button stays disabled until the client selects a tip amount.
Signing is optional. The client can skip the signature and still complete the payment.
Change the tipping screen appearance
You can also change the visual theme of the tipping screen β for example, to a holiday theme during seasonal periods.
To update the appearance, go to Settings > MoeGo Pay > Tipping Settings > Appearance.
FAQ
Q: Does enabling this setting affect other payment methods? A: No. The combined tipping and signature screen only applies to Reader M2 and Tap to Pay on iPhone. All other payment methods keep the original checkout flow: choose to sign or not β select a tip amount β give signature.
Q: Does the Preferred Tip setting affect which tip amount is pre-selected? A: No. Regardless of your Preferred Tip setting, no tip amount is pre-selected on this screen. The client must actively select one to complete the payment.
Q: What is the default state of this setting? A: Enable Signature is off by default. Your tipping screen will not show a signature field unless you turn it on.
