Client & Pet List - Overview

The Client & Pet section allows you to search for specific clients, view your full client and pet list, and organize your data using customizable views and filters.

You can:

  • Search for individual clients or pets

  • View your entire client base

  • Customize list columns and saved views

  • Filter clients by status, activity, or tags


Overview

πŸ–₯️ Desktop

On desktop, navigate to Client & Pets to view your full client list.

  • The total number of clients appears next to the All Clients tab.

  • In the top-right corner, click Options to access additional actions:

Available options:

  • Import Clients
    Redirects you to contact Support or your Account Manager for import instructions.

  • Export Clients
    Export your entire client database, including detailed client and pet information.

  • View Leads
    Controlled by
    ​Settings β†’ General Settings β†’ Advanced Settings β†’ Auto-create client profiles for incoming calls/SMS

    Note: If Leads Management is enabled, this setting will be overridden.

  • Merge Clients
    Merge duplicate client profiles.

  • Add Client
    Click Add Client (top-right) to manually create a new client profile.

On the mobile app, the Client & Pets section displays:

  • Total number of clients

  • Total number of dogs, cats, and other pet types

From the three-dot menu (β‹―) in the top-right corner, you can:

  • View Leads (controlled by the same desktop setting mentioned above)

From the βž• button, you can:

  • Create a new client profile manually

  • Import a client from your phone’s contact list


1. Search Client

You can search clients using:

  • Client first name

  • Client last name

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Pet name

Search Tips

  • We recommend searching by client first name, last name, or full name.

  • Searching by pet name is also supported.

  • Searching by client last name + pet name together is also supported.

  • search result will listed according to the client first name letter and the relevance


2. Customize Columns (Desktop Only)

You can customize which columns appear in your client list.

Click the Settings (βš™οΈ) icon on the right side of the list to:

  • Add or remove columns

  • Reorder column display

Available Columns

  • Client Name (default, cannot be removed)
    Displays client status (e.g. Prospect, New) and grooming frequency (e.g. β€œ8 weeks”).

  • Phone Number
    Client phone number

  • Pets
    Pet name and breed

  • Total Paid
    Total amount paid by the client

  • Total Bookings
    Total number of bookings

  • Upcoming Booking
    Next scheduled appointment date

  • Last Service
    Most recent appointment date

  • Expected Service
    Calculated future service date based on grooming frequency and last appointment

  • Overdue
    Number of days past the expected service date without a new booking

Sort Column

You can sort clients by:

  • Highest or lowest Total Paid

  • Nearest or farthest Upcoming / Last / Expected Service


3. Customize view(Desktop Only)

Custom views allow you to save frequently used filters.

How to create a custom view:

  1. Click Filters and select criteria (e.g. New clients with Active status).

  2. Click Save View when it appears.

  3. Name and save your view.

Once saved, your custom view will appear in the top menu for quick access.


4. Advance Filter

Advanced filters are currently available on desktop only.

Advanced filters are not currently available on the app.

However, you can filter clients by:

  • Client Tags(Configured in Settings β†’ Customer & Pets β†’ Client Tags)

  • Client Category

Available client categories include:

  • All

  • Active Clients – Clients with active status

  • Lapsed Clients – Clients overdue based on expected service date and grooming frequency

  • Inactive Clients – Clients marked as inactive

  • Blocked from Messaging – Clients blocked by the business from messaging (the business will not receive messages from these clients)
