Payment permissions allow you to control what each staff member can view or do related to payments. Use this guide to understand each permission and decide who should have access to payment setup, transaction details, checkout actions, refund processing, and cash drawer management.
Some sensitive payment actions, including changing the primary bank account used for MoeGo Pay payouts, are available only to the Account Owner and cannot be granted through role permissions.

Changing Bank Account for Payouts:
Account Owner Only* Only the Account Owner can change which bank account is used as the primary payout account. To make this change, go to:
Payment > Card processing > Banking information > More
Select the bank account you want to use, then click Set as Primary.
If the selected bank account was previously verified, the change should process without additional verification. A newly added or previously unverified bank account may need to be automatically verified by Stripe. Contact MoeGo Support if verification cannot be completed or the account remains restricted.
