If you have a list of potential customers from another platform, event, or campaign, you can bulk‑import them.
Go to Customer Center > Leads Management > Options > Import lead
Step 1: Prepare Your File
Click on < Import new leads > and download the sample file.
Your spreadsheet should include all required columns on the sample.
Map your columns to MoeGo fields, and review any conflicts or duplicates.
🔍 Note: Only CSV formats are typically supported.
Step 2: Import Steps
Upload your file and confirm the import.
Tips for smooth import:
Ensure phone numbers follow the correct format
Use consistent naming for lead sources
Fill custom fields only if those fields exist in your system
Remove empty rows or broken data
Step 3: Review Import
Once imported, check on the import status. If failed, you may download the file to gain specific leads info and manually create them.
