MoeGo’s Leads Management allows you to communicate with potential customers directly from their lead profile. Keep all communication organized in each lead’s activity timeline.
Send Mass Email or SMS
You can send a message to multiple leads at once by using filters.
Go to Customer center > Leads Management (> Filter leads) > Select > Mass email/SMS.
💡 Notes: Messaging cost depends on SMS credits and length.
Ideal use cases:
Follow-ups for recent inquiries
Promotional messaging (if consented)
Sending required documents (e.g., policies)
Reaching out to leads who haven’t responded
Send Individual Messages/Emails
You can send an SMS or email directly from any lead’s profile.
Go to Customer Center > Leads management > Leads > Open a lead > Message/ email.
Make Phone Call
You can also make a phone call to the lead and log calling notes.
Go to Customer Center > Leads management > Leads > Open a lead > Log call.
Activity Timeline Logging
Every message (inbound or outbound) appears in the lead’s activity timeline.
This helps staff:
See the entire communication history
Understand who contacted the lead and when
Avoid duplicated outreach
Maintain consistent follow-up
