Previously, all emails sent via MoeGo originated from a default MoeGo email address. With the Custom Email Domain feature, you can now send emails using your own business domain, enhancing professionalism and brand consistency.
Supported Email Types
Automated system emails
Email campaigns
Daily appointment reminders
And other business communications
Setup Instructions
When using a custom email domain, client replies go to your business inbox (not MoeGo), so "Y/N" responses won't auto-confirm or auto-cancel appointments. You may manually update the appointment status.
Step 1: Enable Custom Email Domain
Navigate to Desktop > Settings > Communication > Emails.
Select Customized Email Domain.
Only custom business email domains are supported. Public email providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Foxmail) are not supported.
Step 2: Verify Email Address
Sender Name: Enter the display name recipients will see.
Email Address: Input your desired business email address.
Confirmation Code: A verification code will be sent—enter it to confirm ownership.
Step 3: Verify Email Domain
If verified, you will be able to send emails via your own business email address.
If not, update your DNS records to authenticate your domain.

Common Issues & Solutions
Q: Domain verification fails after adding records
Ensure all required records are added exactly as provided (case-sensitive).
Wait for DNS propagation to complete (up to 48 hours).
Clear your local DNS cache and retry.
Q: How do I clear my DNS cache?
Windows: Run
ipconfig /flushdns
macOS: Run
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
Linux: Run
sudo systemctl restart systemd-resolved
Best Practices
TTL Settings:
300 seconds (5 min): For testing or frequent changes.
3600 seconds (1 hour): Recommended for standard use.
86400 seconds (24 hours): For stable, long-term records.
Backup DNS Settings: Take screenshots before making changes.
Do Not Delete Records: Removing verified records will invalidate domain authentication.
